2 months agoMany restaurants to choose from. Better to walk here or take a taxi coz parking can be difficult at BGC area.

3 months agoI was a tenant for one year how sad because my partner that is a foreigner didn't enjoy his retired life in this condo because even thought you pay your rent with amenities the workers didn't allow us to use the amenities freely which are the pool the sport room (billiards) and the water dispenser in gym is always empty how inconvenient that's why we decided not to renew contract ☹️

a year agoOverall building facilities are nice as well as the unit. Staffs and admin here are perfectly rude. Even if you are the unit owner they’ll still ask you what unit you are residing every time you enter the building. They’ll reason that they don’t see you frequently or they are new. Hell, they are even rude to your visitors (except if you’re a celebrity or someone famous online). If only this unit wasn’t near to my workplace, I would’ve chosen otherwise.
