We book the residences by bcct always whenever we have family staycations. Great for kids and parents and grandparents around. Perfect too for couples and a resting place after a long flight. But if you book here, inform ahead to check everything and make sure that the room you'll get has no problems. Reporting our recent stay. We took 1 - two bedrooms and 2 - one bedroom. Total of 3. Here are the concerns we encountered per room. Room 2505 - Kettle is broken, and no master key for door if kids suddenly close or lock the door. - Balcony has no lock door, and kids can easily open it and walk out. 2506 - cr instantly locks, which is not child friendly. We had a 3 years old who runs around, and it was a good thing no one was there when it suddenly locked. - Balcony has no lock door, and kids can easily open it and walk out - not safe. Kettle is not working 2504 - Microwave not functioning. - In the bathroom, while toilet in use, poop came out of the side drainage, and it scattered all over the floor. - Hot shower no heater. - Balcony has no lock door, and kids can easily open it and walk out. Sometimes it takes 30mins to an hour for a room service. Sometimes it's a little bit fast.

PHOTOS TAKEN BEFORE WE CHECKED OUT. THE ROOM WAS CLEANED AND BEDS WERE ALL MADE WHEN WE FIRST GOT IN. LOVE that this place is pet friendly and the staff are so nice and pleasant. They respond to requests promptly. So easy to talk to. But, location wise, the Residences at BCCT, a condotel, is situated at the perimeter of BGC. It is beside SM Aura which is convenient but also means that it is beside C-5 and the SM Aura service road. That area for me is not safe for walking, especially at night. We booked a 2 bedroom unit and was led to believe that the you can request 2 twin beds for the other. This is not an option. The room only comes with 1 queen bed and 1 twin. Upon check in you have to give 2 thousand pesos in cash for incidentals, if unused you will get the money back. Our room looked clean when we got in but I found used hotel slippers and used tissue paper under the queen bed. Our shower fixture also almost came off when my daughter tilted the the shower head. The kitchenette has a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, an induction stove top with a range hood vent. They also provide plates, utensils, bowls, cups and glasses. The unit also has a refrigerator and washing machine. The place needs some attention and updating. But all in all it was comfortable and fit what we needed for our stay.

Reduce a star because there are tiny bugs crawling around the floor. And the cabinets seem to have humidity damage? Both didn’t bother me much. But if you are scared of even the tiny bugs, then avoid. Also I was in a 2-bedroom unit on the 18th floor, somehow I got a lot of traffic noise in the master bedroom, so I moved to the smaller bedroom, and it was better.

It’s my second time to stay here, but this time with my family. I’ve been wanting to bring them here since my college classmates and I stayed a couple of years ago. Their biggest advantage remains to be the strategic location - just beside SM Aura and around 2 blocks away from Serendra, which is your entry point to Bonifacio Highstreet. The new 3rd floor is a great addition - it gives more space for guests as they check-in / check-out. Booking a room here has always been a breeze - phone inquiries are answered quickly, clearly and very politely. The only hiccup we’ve encountered during this stay is how the front-desk have proudly promoted their dine-in room service but the in-house restaurant failed to deliver. The menu inside the room even displayed “servicing 12nn-12am” but when we called at around 2-3pm, the receiver of my call said that they don’t do room service at that time. I mentioned the “service hours” on the menu. The lady on the other line said that room service is not available but that I can place the order at the resto itself. My family and I went up, and was surprised to learn that both the pool resto and the bar are closed. This was really confusing. Other than this, the rest of our stay was tolerable, and the staff were helpful, but could be better.

Overall stay at this apartment wasnt too bad, location is alright - just right next to SM Aura but slightly further from all the famous bars/cafes from bonaficio high street. Room was nice and spacious, however room service was so slow - had to wait like 20mins for water and toothbrushes. Their service through whatsapp was amazing though, prompt responses and staff was helpful as well.
