6 months agoI find the coffee too sweet; though the rice crisp on the drink was interesting that added texture and depth on the coffee. We wanted to split our drinks so we can share, but they don’t have service cups. iIf you requested for extra cup, they will charge you a fee

6 months agoWent here last year (072023) and haven’t got the chance to go back and try other drinks. I ordered the green tea latte and it was very very smooth— unlike other matcha drinks where you can taste the powder (?).

a month agoI recently visited your store and encountered several issues that left me very frustrated. First, when we asked if you had a priority lane for seniors, one of your staff informed us that no such lane exists. This was extremely disappointing, as seniors deserve consideration and assistance when shopping. Implementing a priority lane would not only make your store more inclusive but also show respect for customers who may need extra support. To make matters worse, after waiting patiently in line, we were told at the counter that one of our orders was not available. There was no indication on your menu or anywhere in the store that the hot drink we wanted wasn’t being served. Imagine how frustrating it was to have waited all that time only to leave empty-handed. This could have been avoided with a simple notice or communication from your staff. These experiences made us feel undervalued as customers, and we hope you take this feedback seriously. Improvements like priority lanes and clear signage about unavailable items can go a long way in ensuring a better experience for everyone.

10 months agoTheir pastries are honestly good and can compete with other leading K-bakeries. Their iced lattes were a bit too sweet for my liking. The store can get really busy quick, especially on weekends. But still a nice place to chill and hangout with friends and families.

7 months agoI love how spacious the place is. There are also many variants of drinks to choose from. The Iced Latte was okay. My friends loved their Pongdang Paiksccino. However the staffs here are not the friendliest. But I would still recommend this place for friends to hang out.
