Park Inn by Radisson North Edsa

Great location! Close to several malls, grocery stores and public transportation. Felt very safe. Clean and spotless! Pool was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful! The restaurant has a self serve microwave and toaster oven if you need it. Provided luggage storage. The only thing lacking was storage for clothes in the superior room.

We stayed in this hotel for 11 days and the service was impeccable. Everyone was very kind accommodating and personable. The room we stayed in was a jr suite and was plenty big with room for entertaining family who came to visit. The rooms are very clean and the convenience of having a direct connection to the mall and the convenience of a buffet restaurant in the hotel lobby was major plus! Some staff stood out. Diane from housekeeping was very observant on how I like my room cleaned and she went above and beyond!!! Mariel, Jhena, Mark and Queenie from the restaurant dept were super nice , accommodating and very welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, quality of food and customer service!!!

Directly connected to Sm North which is very convenient. Their pool is small and only 4ft deep. Breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of food selection and taste good as well. Their standard room is a bit small also for its price. Even their bathroom is narrow.

The room was pretty amazing and the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was very courteous and professional. The dash dining experience was really the best and three people stood out, Mariel, Queen and Jhena. Mariel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed every morning.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Disappointed by the outdoor bar/restaurant, as it wasn't a proper, separate bar/restaurant but simply an outdoor extension of the one inside. I did appreciate that they give kids activity books free of charge!
