in the last weekThe hotel is new, with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable mattresses. There is a small pool suitable for children and relaxation. The gym is compact with minimal equipment, but it’s possible to get a decent workout with some creativity. Service is generally fine, though response times can be slow. Upon arrival, exhausted and jet-lagged, I wanted to purchase something from the guest fridge (available when the restaurant is closed). Unfortunately, the only options were small vegetable sandwiches and a salad without dressing. A Front Office employee, Darial, assured me he would find dressing but disappeared for 30 minutes, leaving me to go to bed hungry. The next morning, the Restaurant Manager Jesus (JM) kindly offered me the salad or something else from the fridge as a courtesy. I requested a cake, but when I followed up with Darial in the evening, he said he would check with the restaurant and get back to me—yet I never heard from him, nor did the cake arrive. It’s unclear whether strict hierarchy, lack of authority, or an inability to make independent decisions affects the service, but guests should be prepared to follow up on requests.

3 months agoI had the privilege of staying at this hotel for 30 days, and it was an absolute dream. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was treated like family. The staff were not only professional but incredibly warm and genuinely kind, always ready to help and make me feel comfortable. Every role, from front desk to housekeeping, to security, to laundry radiated hospitality and care. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a true home-away-from-home feel. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort was outstanding. The amenities were first-class service with everything from a well-equipped gym to a serene pool area, providing perfect relaxation after a busy day. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both inviting and warm. Above all, I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location, and security is clearly a priority, which made me feel even more comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s rare to find a place where every single element shines so brightly. Truly a five-star experience in every way! You would think that after 30days something will go wrong but that was not the case here. Giving you the security that this is a lifestyle for them not a job. Great work Radison team!

3 months agoI booked the Junior Suite at Park Inn by Radisson, and it was an excellent experience. The suite was spacious—probably their best room! I enjoyed staying in, especially because the bathtub was absolutely divine. The room's windows faced east and south, offering a stunning view of the sunrise. The internet was impressively fast, which was perfect for remote work. I had no issues with video calls or connectivity throughout my stay. The staff were also very polite and accommodating, making the experience even better. That said, I would not recommend adding the fruit basket option when booking. I paid an additional ₱350+ for what turned out to be just a plate of sliced fruits (watermelon, papaya, and pineapple). It was quite disappointing since I expected an actual fruit basket. Overall, though, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others. I’ll probably stay here again in the future—just without the fruit option!

a week agoThe room is nice but one of the towel is a bit worn out. Some of the equipment in the gym facility are unavailable and/or not working. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlights of our stay.

a month agoStayed for two nights before flying to Boracay from Clarke. The duty manager Ace was very helpful arranging transfers to Clarke Airport for our flight. The breakfast was good especially the omelette and coffee. The room was a good size, clean with a comfortable bed. The bar was reasonably priced and made a good mojito. The only negatives were that we had to chase up house keeping to make our room up and I didn’t get my wake up call.
