Good cleaning service by Mr Marjon, so thorough! Other swrvice workers are very attentive and helpful . Rooms are spacious and facilities in good condition. Self-serve gym is tiny and too dark for me but thats just my preference,; lots of towels,locker, and ample water though. I cannot say much about the sound-proofing luckily there were not much kids in out floor (to make noise)

My three-day stay at the Radisson Hotel in Manila was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff, including the incredibly helpful Edward from the front desk and Jasmine from housekeeping, made me feel welcomed and valued. The luxurious accommodations, with spacious rooms offering stunning views of the city skyline, provided the perfect backdrop for my stay. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from providing local recommendations to promptly addressing any inquiries. Conveniently located with easy access to shopping and dining options, the Radisson Hotel proved to be the perfect choice for my Manila getaway. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the city.

We had a blast staying here. Staff are very warm and welcoming. From the moment we stepped in, until we check out, everything is perfect. I want to commend your front desk staff. I think it was Andrew or Andy. He made sure our stay is what it needs to be.

My family stayed at Park Inn for almost 2.5 weeks. We initially booked a reservation after we landed in Manila. My husband needed to be in QC area so this hotel was really convenient. What I liked at this hotel was it’s connected to the mall, lots of food options, stores, etc. We had to check out because we had to go to Bohol and Palawan but we came back (booked reservation again) to this hotel, until we had to leave Manila and go back home. The staff were really nice and very accommodating, from the security to the front desk to the kitchen and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and approachable. I would say the only thing to improve on are the beds, pretty much all rooms have 2 twin or double beds, no queen beds. And because we stayed here for almost 3 weeks, we pretty much tried everything on the breakfast buffet. Food was nice, maybe add more variety, more on Filipino breakfast. Overall, I would recommend staying here and I would come back again to this hotel. Thank you to all the staff. I did’t get their names but all of them deserve recognition. Elma (?) from housekeeping was excellent. I only had to tell her once about my requests and she would always follow it whenever she would clean our room.

5 star hospitality, which was a pleasant surprise considering the price. We were so impressed by the courteousness of all staff, and it felt like we were in a western hotel. Can’t comment on the food or pool but the room was extremely comfortable, good AC and clean sheets. Location is very convenient above the mall, and there is a laundromat nearby (10mins walk) if you’re looking for an affordable laundry service. I would comment that the bathroom tiles in our room appeared to be a bit dirty and could do well with more mopping but overall I never felt too uncomfortable with the cleanliness of our room. My husband however was disappointed by the gym facility, mentioned that it was fairly basic I don’t know if we’ll be in the area again but thank you staff for making a memorable stay experience for us!
