a week agoI had my flight cancelled on me and the next one to where I was going was a day later. So I needed a place to stay. That's where I stumbled across this gem of a place! The room is a little small but that's not really a problem. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever found in a hotel. The rooms have pretty solid and fast working air-conditioning. The food was excellent and I very much enjoyed starting my morning with the complimentary coffee. Shower takes a bit to heat up but works great once it does! All & all my experience was excellent. Friendly staff always happy to help, amazing bed that allowed me plenty of sleep, great food that served very solid portions for the price. This is a solid 5/5 from me!

2 weeks agoStayed here for 4 days for a work related event and i really enjoyed my time here. Room was a bit small but the view was spectacular! The receptionist was kind enough to give it to us a view that’s overlooking NAIA! The service was impeccable too esp whenever we had requests that were time sensitive they delivered really well. Room service was also really excellent! Buffet was great and so is the room service for ordering food. I love the fruit platter too! We’ll def consider booking here again on the future.

a month agoThe hotel smells nice. Quick checkout process. The room we got has a small space for restroom door that I got my toe stubbed trying to close the door. The towels looked great because the embroidered hotel name looks lively in red. I love how they have sustainability program due to it having separate bins for recyclable and non-recyclables. Dental kits and the soap came in a paper packaging--a plus point for their sustainability efforts. It's freezing cold, I think their thermostat is not working, at least in the room that we were provided. You have to really turn it off in order to achieve normal ambient temperature. Definitely recommended if you need some place to stay near the airport, at an affordable price. Shops are a walk away so you don't have to worry about starving yourself.

a month agoI would like to put 4 stars, but.... The room is a little bit small, without a table and the bathroom also small. The fitness center closes at 20:00, which is too early. Breakfast is good, the portions at the restaurant normal as well and the prices. Good taste and quality. Very gentle personnel, smiling and available at all the time to serve you. Nearby to Terminal 3 at a walking distance and a lot of choices about food around the hotel.

4 weeks agoReally convenient location as we had to catch an early flight the next day. The drop off and pick up services were really smooth and well-arranged. Our room was a bit smaller than expected but it was complete with basic amenities. The restaurant served really delicious food. The staff were all great and well-trained.
