I would like to put 4 stars, but.... The room is a little bit small, without a table and the bathroom also small. The fitness center closes at 20:00, which is too early. Breakfast is good, the portions at the restaurant normal as well and the prices. Good taste and quality. Very gentle personnel, smiling and available at all the time to serve you. Nearby to Terminal 3 at a walking distance and a lot of choices about food around the hotel.

(Dec 2024) We stayed one night in Savoy as our flight was next day. The room is small to spread two large luggages but it's alright overall - two twin beds, quiet environment despite being next to the airport, and the A/C worked beautifully! We did feel like the bathroom door was unnecessarily large and it made the bathroom's available space less then it could have been - like you needed to position yourself to open and close the door. The shower curtain could have used some weights at the bottom so it could block the shower water properly and not fly here and there, letting the water spill out of the shower. Our room view was the airport parking lot. Nothing to complain about the services we received. Checking in was smooth and quick. Room service was quick to provide our requested hair dryer and water bottles. We thought their environmental efforts were nice - and their website stated they will install filtered water stations in the future to reduce water bottle consumption. Having the hotel next to the airport terminal 3 was nice because we knew we didn't need to go through too much traffic to get there (if there was going to be any). Since we had a morning flight, we went to their breakfast service which opened at 6AM. I was recovering from some food poisoning so it was nice to see congee available and tasting amazing! Overall, this is a decent place if you need to rest before hopping to terminal 3!

I forgot to take pica of the room. The room is a bit on the smaller side, but it has everything you need, including a decent bathroom. For the price, I think you’re really paying for the convenience of being literally in front of the airport, which is why we stayed there. I liked that they have a huge pool, and this place is very popular among travelers because of how close it is to the airport. We also tried the brownies they sell in the lobby. They have pastries and other snacks, but the brownies tasted meh. Overall, the stay was pretty decent.

We purchased a Savoy Hotel Manila package that includes overnight stay in 1 room and entry to the new year countdown party. However, I don't think the stay and experience is worth the money. What really dragged this rating down is the disappointing new year party. All the snacks and drinks served were so-so (not 4-star hotel quality). They held it at the poolside where there is no good view to see fireworks outside (I don't even think they have their own fireworks). There is no clear program, just live music. Also, the countdown timer they displayed is about 30 seconds late. Good points: Staff are very polite and try their best to be attentive. Rooms are clean. There are many nearby cafes and restaurants Overall, it's good if you can find cheaper rates for the rooms, but I definitely would not recommend the new year countdown parties unless they improve the food and change their venue.

Good spot for a layover in Manila - close to terminal 3 and not far from the other terminals (can’t speak to how far with traffic as we were in late and out early). The rooms are small but relatively clean, secure and easy to check in and out (breakfast food too). It does feel a little run down for how new it is, but on the whole it’s a good hotel with a few local options for food, too. Shower was like warm at best, but not the biggest issue with Manila’s climate.
