a month agoPros: 1. The cocktails are superb, with the Sangria and Mimosa being personal favorites. 2. The grilled salmon is a standout dish—delicious every time, I never get tired of it. 3. Amazing service! The staff is incredibly accommodating, making every visit enjoyable. We keep coming back because of them. We usually dine in around 6-9pm. 4. Chocolate Lava is also a standout dessert! It takes 20 mins to prepare but nonetheless worth it! 5. It's open until midnight, a lifesaver whenever we finish late at work ! Cons: 1. The Greenbelt branch often runs out of ribs, bacon, and occasionally the SO burger. 2. The alfresco dining area can get uncomfortably hot during the afternoon.

6 months agoIt is our first time here and also chose this place as it is pet friendly, we have a furbaby with us. By the time we arrived, we were served cold water immediately which is really nice as not all restaurants do that automatically. All we ordered we're great, yes it's really pricey, but the portion size was big too, we had to take out some of our orders. Worth the money. I recommend the S.O. French Toast as best to be a dessert. Props to our waitperson Sir Kenneth who is very attentive and really nice to us and recommend other menu items when our other orders are not available at the moment. Very knowledgeable to every items in the menu. All in all experience is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2 months agoThe place, and service was good. The food portion was just about right for the price but we were not fans of the flavor. Was expecting some heat from beef texmex but It was underwhelming and the pork was too sweet.

5 months agoJust about everything I had here was amazing. And my family and I ordered a lot of items to sample the two times we visited: •Fries - Ordered the larger size to share, and this thing was huge! Probably my favorite food item, as this was so tasty and fried perfectly, with generous amount of Parmesan right on top. •Matcha coco - Ordered this based on the description from the menu, which was matcha with strawberry purée and shot of espresso. The first time I ordered it, I was given a matcha drink with clearly no purée; it was all dark green. Upon bringing this up to the hostess, she defended that this was the Matcha coco. But when I asked whether this even had strawberry purée, she went on about the images in the menu. She pointed out the image of the drink with purée and told me this was another drink (the Dirty Matcha?). I had to affirm that I ordered a drink based on its menu description. Only then was I brought the correct drink, and the hostess said she will bring up the issue to management. Now, when I went to this cafe a few days later and ordered the exact drink - Matcha coco - this came out, with no issue, exactly as I imagined it would’ve looked - a green drink with strawberry purée. •Chorizo omelette - This was good, but not as tasty because the chorizo itself was not spicy at all. Accompanying salad was more tasty. •Chickens and waffles - Supposedly a favorite, but this was the most-bland item I tried here. The chicken had no taste, but good texture. The waffles were too soft. •Berries smoothie bowl - This was also delicious. •XO French toast - Took so long to come out, probably almost 35 minutes after ordering. But also amazing. The blueberry compote provided just enough sweetness, so I felt the syrup on top of this also was too much. They also don’t skimp on the toppings. I was nearly steered away from this place because of another review that wrote of how traumatic dining with flies was. () I can see how this may be an issue if dining outside. However, my family and I ate inside - it was a lovely, relaxing experience each time. This restaurant is beautiful, and right outside is a nice garden to enjoy while you eat. Food items are pricey, however servings are very generous. Service is slow. They don’t check up on you after you’ve received your items. And I felt we had to call them over too many times than necessary for things like getting our orders taken, getting napkins, and following up on our orders.

2 months agoI didn't detect any cajun spices in my cajun chicken and the coleslaw was, of all things, overseasoned. Dinged a star off of atmosphere—music was loud. Amazing service though.
