SM City Sta. Mesa

It was a pleasant experience. It's the first time we dined at Italiani's. I have expectations because I heard good things about the restaurant and it lived up to it. The staff are helpful and kind. Kudos to Abby, the manager, and Billy for being very attentive. The food is also very good. We love the Garlic and Cheese pizza the most. 10/10

Its been more than a decade since I've been to this place (college days) and it changed for the better. A lot of restaurants to choose from to satify your cravings. The chicken, pork and vegetable prices at the supermarket are very reasonable, compared to our usual go to mall.

A very terrible customer service in their SM supermarket. My mom returned in fatigue and exhaustion as I have received the news that she used my big brother's credit card (cardholder) and was given the authorization to use it. He even provided his valid ID for the cashier although she ended up getting told that the cardholder must be the one to make the purchase after collecting and walking around the market for an hour. Basically, she ended up going home without anything at all. FYI, she first asked if using my brother's CC is allowed or not, and the cashier agreed, and when my mom had finished shopping, they suddenly said that it is not allowed. The head manager needs to be more considerate. Never going back to this market.

Amazing branch! Brand new and the interior is world class. The restrooms are clean and I like their faucet :) Staffs are friendly and swift! Very helpful. Food is above average. Will come back!
