5 months agoMy family and I really enjoyed our overnight stay. We got a free upgrade where we were able to access the executive lounge. Food was awesome as always. The amenities could use some upgrading but no major issues since they were still top notch. Service was excellent and the staff are all friendly. We also brought our dog (need to pay pet fee) which made our stay even better. Thanks Sofitel!

5 months agoStaying at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Hotel was an exceptional experience. The luxurious ambiance, combined with the stunning views of Manila Bay, made for a truly memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The dining options were superb, with a diverse array of cuisines at the Spiral buffet, ensuring a delightful culinary journey. The hotel’s amenities, including the beautiful lagoon-style pool and the world-class spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to cultural landmarks and shopping centers.

5 months agoThe place is good and well maintained even though you’ll notice that the building is old. We got checked in 30 minutes late at 3:30pm on a Monday. but they upgraded our room, which is nice. Their spiral buffet at around ₱4,500 is not worth the price. We ate 15 different kinds of food which would make it average around ₱600/meal, so it’s better to order in their ala carte menu. Their free breakfast closes at 10AM, which we missed, so we paid for a whopping ₱2,000 meal for 2, and they served it after 1hr. Which again I find not worth it’s price. Overall, the place and facilities are top-notch. But the employees seems to be “quiet quitting”, given that they are about to close soon.

5 months agoAs usual, had a nice stay with my family at Sofitel. Had to go before it closes! Thanks for the experience, Sofitel! Guest Runner - Karl Clemente assisted us very politely and efficiently with our requests. He knew that the one who took our call at 6pm did not attend to our requests so around past 11pm, he went and assisted us. Thankful for his positive aura and extra effort! Kudos to you Karl!
