a month agoMy experience here was not great. The service was poor, though the comforter was nice. Mornings were noisy due to workers fixing something in a nearby room. The hallway smelled like paint. Both the pool and kiddie area were closed. For breakfast, the bacon was hard, but the bread was good. Despite not being busy, the service was slow. We had to repeatedly request coffee, and the waiters seemed to avoid eye contact with customers. The price is too high considering many of the hotel's amenities were closed.

a month agoCompletely disappointing. Stay cation in premium suite. Upon arrival they are late to give us room, check in 3pm but they said room not clean yet. We were advised to wait in lobby lounge. Nice lounge but you must order 800 per head to sit in Lounge. All the front duty manager can say is sorry room is not ready. Not the type of service you expect from luxury hotel. After 30 minutes we get room keys going up the elevator, hallway and room strongly smell of paint fumes. It's so strong you become dizzy headache and sick stomach. They were doing overnight construction on floor above so hammer and drilling all night. The spa is not open, kids club not open, and no shoppes inside. Overall very disappointing service and experience. Not recommend for Luxury traveler

3 months agoMemorable Stay at Solaire Resort North 5 of 5 stars My stay at Solaire Resort North was nothing short of fantastic. The location was perfect, offering easy access to MRT 3 Quezon/ North Avenue stations and to the on-going construction Subway (Quezon Ave. Station). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The staff at Solaire Resort North were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was exemplary. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's Fresh International Buffet (serving from 7-9am) restaurant. The variety of options catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Additionally, I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, especially during these times. Overall, my experience at Hotel Resort North exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

in the last weekBeautiful hotel with a casino and a buffet fronting Vertis north. The entrances are confusing if you haven't been there before - the signage for the front is visible on EDSA main, but not on the side. The entrances also have different names so it is difficult when booking a Grab. We went inside for the buffet which was just okay, although it was a bit expensive.

3 months agoThe place itself is amazing.. I do like the welcoming entrance ambiance, staff and guards are all approachable, parking is free for now, not sure for the next few days. But I noticed that they do have limited restaurants and luxury stores for those who wanted to buy an easy get going apparel especially if they are from check in rooms or a casino player who wins a lot. But the place itself is good They do assign different staff in every area to cater to every client's needs and questions, serving as a living locator. Comfort rooms are all fully automated. All complete, from soaps and tissues, trash bins, lights are all warm.
