Had a great stay here. Nice rooms and very accessible to a lot of places. What stood out to us were the staff who were always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Special recognition to Venus who took care of our room throughout the entirety of our stay. Consistently great service and quick response to our requests.

Service and staff was excellent, our experience was top notch. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, feels like home. Special recognition : Patrick - always smiling and welcoming face Rc and Alex have put so much efforts to make sure our stay at city garden grand hotel is fabulous. Thanks to over all team.

Our favorite hotel when we are in the city! What I really loved about this hotel is their hot tub jacuzzi beside the pool. It's the best since I can't stand the ice cold pools of hotels. I really liked that they have healthy drinks which really tastes good. All three are my favorite! Downside is that the elevators are so slow and very limited compared to the capacity of the hotel.

Outstanding. The hotel is so nice and quiet. We really appreciate Sir Liam too m he is good, nice, and very accommodating person. The hotel is so clean. Housekeeping make sure your room is so really clean and indeed we are satisfied.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Patrick greeted us warmly, and we immediately knew we were in great hands. The front desk staff is nothing short of amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. But what truly sets this place apart is the entire team. Every single person we interacted with was a rockstar, always with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s the perfect combination of great service, friendly staff, and excellent amenities!
