6 years agoIt's nice you can buy tickets online but you still need to line up to have it exchanged to the actual ticket. Their ticketing procedure is manual they have to write date, trip ,price etc by hand hence the long line. There is an aircon lounge but not enough cooling power. There is a free chargin station with lots of outlet but only a few is working.

6 years agoThis is by far the best terminal i've been to. Spacious and comfortable. Comfort rooms avilabe, PWD ramp, parking space and they even have an airconditioned room for passengers. The best service i like is the availability of am airconditioned bus that is there serving to and from the airport at a very affordable rate. It also serves as a tourist bus as it beautifullý designed with glass so one can see 360 degrees while travelling.

6 years agoI was there 2 days before Christmas and the station was super crowded, chaotic and unorganized. I may be unfair since I was there during the peak season but the organization, itself, can be improved.
