I had the pleasure of staying at Summit Greenhills for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, with a comfortable king-size bed, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Rome deserves special mention for his outstanding customer service skills. The reception staff, including Precious, were warm and welcoming. The security guards were also friendly and approachable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. The food and beverages were impressive, with reasonable prices. During my recovery from surgery, the staff provided me with ice and demonstrated exceptional care. I felt safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Thank you again for the outstanding service.

Comfy bed, large room. Great service from the staff. Nice location and quiet neighborhood near the mall and restaurants. Plus, they are pet-friendly! 🫶 Overall, great value for the price. Parking is not for newbies though, spaces are quite tight. But their staff will really assist and help you in the parking, he even helped us with our bag/luggage.

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room was nothing short of amazing, offering a perfect view that made our stay even more special. The food at the restaurant was a true representation of homey Filipino delicacies, adding a personal touch to our experience. A special mention goes to Chef Ailyn, whose cakes and banana bread are absolutely the best in town! We would also like to thank Duty Manager Vanessa for consistently checking in and offering assistance throughout our stay. Most of all, we’d like to acknowledge the outstanding leadership of General Manager, Gelo. It’s clear that under his direction, the team delivers exceptional service, making every guest feel valued. Worse hotel we ever had, the customer service in the restaurant is terrible, we waited for 10min, no one come to our table instead the guy serve the other table who came later, finally my husband went to the counter to order , not busy only 3 tables occupied anyway this is the 2nd time that this restaurant did to us, very uneducated service, Seems like the waitress hate her job, hotel like this should train more into customer service , the staffs like to chit chat to other staffs instead looking after the customers needs. We pay for our food and drinks it’s not free . House keeping is okay but NO Daily fresh towels , NO face towels provide , water pressure and hot water Sucks. I wont recommend this hotel. We came a little early but was still accommodated and we were able to check-in earlier than the usual time. The room is quite spacious and very clean. Service is also great as they have helped us with our luggages and guided us to our rooms. Overall, for the the price we’ve paid this is very good.
