The Heritage Hotel Manila

The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with all our needs. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking outstanding customer service! The hotel rooms are highly rated for their safety, offering guests peace of mind during their stay. The atmosphere is quiet, providing an ideal environment for relaxation and restful sleep. Each room is thoughtfully designed to ensure a serene experience, making it perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Guests consistently appreciate the overall sense of comfort and tranquility. Additionally, a perfect event venue: I am delighted to share my positive experience. From start to finish, the venue proved to be an excellent choice, meeting and exceeding expectations on multiple levels. The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance that creates an inviting and professional atmosphere. The event space (Ballroom A) is beautifully designed, with attention to detail.

Bad: The area outside of the hotel is very busy/crowded & feels a bit unsafe as it gets dark. Our room desperately needed updating, a few repairs (though everything functioned properly) & a deep cleaning. The bathtub, shower faucet/head & towel rack, all need to be replaced/restored & deep cleaned. The hallway constantly smelled of nail polish fumes & sometimes it permeated into our room. Good: Our room was large & spacious. The location is convenient to walk to shops, groceries & close to the airport. The free shuttle service to/from the MOA was very helpful. Security was great & I always felt safe within the hotel. The excellent hotel staff, including the front desk & cleaning staff, were professional, friendly, courteous & efficient. Esp helpful were: Angeline, Ed, Edward, Fatima, Kate, Lea, Mac, & Marie. Overall: great/best value for a safe & comfy stay in Manila.

Kudos to all the staff of Heritage Hotel. Specially our shuttle driver Andy! Very professional and even offered us an unscheduled service to Mall of Asia because our family can’t fit on the scheduled one. Customer service at its finest! Keep up the good work Andy! Great hotel, good value. Great amenities like slippers, robe. Big rooms, comfortable, nice views. Good tv. It is more of a traditional/older hotel but I like that, the entrance is beautiful, in christmas there was a huge tree in reception. The staff is helpful. Great location near the airport. They charge you for the airport shuttle, not cheap but convenient if you are a big group with lots of luggage.

Our stay in The Heritage Hotel Manila was awesome. I booked via Booking app and it was hassle free booking and stay. Everyone is welcoming and great service by the staff. Angel, the receptionist has upgraded our room and I am very grateful. It was clean, spacious and smells good. The view from our room is also good- city view- We ordered room service for quick snack and the pasta and pizza was delicious. It also arrive in time.
