The Heritage Hotel Manila

We had an exceptional experience at the Heritage Hotel Manila during the Summit 2024: WE URGE Disability Inclusion held from October 2-5, 2024. Our coordination with the hotel began three months before the event, and from the start, the sales team—particularly Ms. Rose for room arrangements and Ms. Mon for banquet services—was outstanding. The rooms were satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay for our participants, while the food exceeded expectations, being both plentiful and delicious. The staff serving us were well-oriented and attentive. Special mention to Ms. Mon, who was incredibly responsive to our needs throughout the event, especially in the function hall. Her excellent customer service ensured the smooth flow of our activities. Ms. Rose and Ms. Mon were a commendable team. Their professionalism, warmth, and calm demeanor made the planning and execution process seamless. The positive feedback we received from our participants is a testament to their hard work, and we share the success of our event with them. We look forward to working with Heritage Hotel Manila again in the future. Thank you, Ms. Rose and Ms. Mon—you both rock!

We got the best experience while staying here in Heritage. Good room and hotel service, friendly staffs in every corner of the hotel. They even help me to set a surprise for my wife inside our room. My family also tried the pool and it is so clean and refreshing. My son enjoyed it so much. Sir Arnold assists us in the pool area and he is such a good and friendly person. Hoping to book again next time when I return to Philippines after my contract in cruiseship soon.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and airy, providing a comfortable atmosphere. However, it would be great if a bidet were available. The service was excellent, with staff being attentive and professional. The location is also very convenient and easily accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a minor suggestion for improvement.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff amazing. I gave 5 star overall but only 3 stars to the room. It's time to remodel. Lots of poorly done repairs to the walls, bathtub and furniture due to age. With that said, the room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the Mall of Asia and a free shuttle was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was different every day and offered a very wide range of options.

got an awesome stay here. very fast check in and out. no need for security deposit. an old but well maintained hotel. it was bit noisy on my stay because other rooms were being renovated. but wont affect your sleep though. i got a king bed 🤗❤️thanka for the receptionist 🤗very approachable and easy to ask for favor.
