One of the elegant and delicate churches in Manila. Not only is it one of the most important historical places of spiritual refuge but also a great tourist attraction. There's a souvenir shop inside, and in the front of this church is a tiny, peaceful park with a delicious local ice cream small store.

This is the center of the Catholic Church in the Philippines. The best time to come here is to attend the Sunday Mass. The experience is just beautiful. It's air conditioned, the pews are comfortable, the sound system is so clear, the priest's sermon is so good, and the choir and music are heavenly. They still use the old pipe organ. What an experience! Visit the relic of Christ's Cross and the Belfry Café while you're there.

Very Spacious and Grand. Especially beautiful at night with luminous bright lights all around. The cathedral has a big TV outside and is air-conditioned.

Plan was to visit Fort Santiago - but Grab dropped me to this place. It was so awe inspiring that I rerouted myself to the Cathedral! There some pesky sellers - but once you told them that you are not interested, they kept away! As I walked towards the Cathedral - I was taken by the grandeur of this place. There was a mass going on - as it was a Sunday and I walked in attended it. Thankfully, the weather was cloudy and it was not that hot/humid. Post the service, I walked around the place, sat by the fountain, did nothing and soaked in the old world charm ❤️ A must visit place if you are in Manila

Nestled in the heart of Intramuros, this cathedral stands as a symbol of resilience, having been rebuilt several times due to natural disasters and wars. The architecture is awe-inspiring, with its grand façade, intricate carvings, and beautiful stained glass windows that add a serene ambiance. The interior is equally impressive, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. The cathedral’s solemn atmosphere invites reflection and prayer, making it a perfect place for spiritual solace. The blend of historical significance and religious devotion makes it a must-visit when in Manila.
