The Pantry

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast along with my room booking. Wide variety of international and local cuisine. I’m happy that it includes Japanese cuisine. The selection includes light and heavy dishes, bread/pastry station is amazing. Although it is crowded as it is peak time they are very accommodating and attentive. Thank you! This experience is what I enjoyed the most in Dusit Thani The Pantry their breakfast, Koi Garden and Pool Area.

My family liked it (especially the lechon). If you want a peaceful buffet, this is definitely a good choice. I liked that the options are just enough to pick from. The fish though was salty, the Indian section - yum , some of the meat (beef and chicken) are dry. It's a nice option but I have another buffet in mind that's better 🤔

I had breakfast at 'The pantry' thrice. There were several dishes and cusines. The food was decent. There was nothing that stood out as an excellent dish. If you are late, like post 8 30 am, most of the pastry , dessert items are not available. The service is quite good for the huge rush of people that throng the place.

I had a nice breakfast and a tasty burger earlier, but my later experience was disappointing, especially considering this is a 5-star hotel with a 5-star restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich and a draft beer. While I sipped the beer slowly, I waited for the sandwich. After 30 minutes, it finally arrived, but the fries were barely warm, and the sandwich was cold. The waiter was very polite and apologized sincerely for the situation, which I appreciated. They took the sandwich back when I asked, but I decided not to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement. However, when the manager got involved, manager canceled the club sandwich from the bill but didn't say a word or offer any further apology. They also charged the full price for the beer. In my opinion, the situation wasn’t handled well, especially for a restaurant of this caliber. A small gesture like a discount on the beer, a complimentary item, or a proactive acknowledgment from the manager would have shown much better customer care. Update the next morning: I ordered a breakfast omelet, but it never arrived. At this point, I can’t help but wonder if there’s something personal going on.
