The Peninsula Manila

We had made a reservation but still had to wait for a table. The staff was busy and tried their hardest to be attentive despite the amount of people in the hotel. The ambience was elegant, with tasteful decor, festive Christmas decorations and soft lighting. We opted for coffee, Halo halo, sandwich, French fries, a variety of fresh pastries, hot chocolate and cookies. Each dish was beautifully presented and was bursting with flavor. The hot chocolate was very rich and filling. The room was filled with chatter and lovely music being played on the piano by someone on the mezzanine. Overall it was a great experience.

I stayed at The Peninsula Manila for business one night in a suite with club lounge access, and it was an amazing experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish—every staff member (Faith, Angelika) went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the live music in the lobby (piano afternoon and string Quintett at night), which added a great atmosphere to the hotel’s already beautiful setting. The food in the club lounge was excellent, with a good variety of dishes that were fresh and delicious. It was a perfect place to unwind and getting some work done as well as enjoying a meal. Loved the dishes available at Spices Restaurant, great mix of South East Asian dishes Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend The Peninsula Manila for its top-notch service, great ambiance, and wonderful food. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at The Peninsula Manila, and overall, it was a very good experience. The ambiance and service were exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. Although my room was spacious and elegantly decorated, it did feel a bit dated, and some furnishings could use an update. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. One aspect that truly stood out was how the staff took care of me when I fell ill during my stay. They were incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed to recover comfortably. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch. The pool area is a tranquil oasis, and the fitness center is well-equipped. Despite the age of the rooms, the overall experience at The Peninsula Manila was delightful. I would highly recommend it for its excellent service and amenities.

The service was all good until you waited so long for check out and it was a mess. People just don’t line up and they standard behind each customer who is being served by the receptionist. Suddenly someone came and asked you to queue behind someone who came later than you. They should have assigned someone to put an order during rush hour The room was a bit dated and the toilet flush would not stop leaking water The gym is good and pool is good Breakfast is awesome

We stayed at The Peninsula Manila for 5 fabulous days and nights. Their attention to detail was outstanding! The grounds are beautiful and impeccable. Our Suite, Room 1101 was extra roomy, extremely comfortable and meticulously appointed. The daily cleaning services were exemplary and thoughtful. The bar provided refreshing drinks and consistently superb service. We absolutely enjoyed the Gallery Club and all it's amenities. All the food is fresh, beautifully presented and delightfully delicious. We highly recommend The Peninsula Manila for those with discerning taste and for the true Bon Vivants. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
