I am extremely frustrated with the elevator service in the building, especially due to some of the staff's unprofessional behavior. Just today, a cleaner wearing a red uniform, who was older, shorter, and wore glasses, aggressively pushed me and shouted for me to step back in the elevator, without a hint of politeness or the word "please." Such behavior is not only shocking but utterly unacceptable in a professional setting. While I can empathize with the pressures of job-related stress, this does not justify rude behavior towards tenants who deserve respect and courteous interaction. If the job is so disagreeable, I would strongly encourage seeking alternative employment or addressing the issues with management rather than taking it out on tenants. It's high time the building management addressed these concerns and ensured that all staff treat residents with the respect they deserve. This is crucial not just for maintaining decorum but for fostering a pleasant living environment for everyone involved.

a year agoOnly 2 elevators serving whole 40 floors and another 2 one for their so called VIP. And agree that “security guard attitude is very poor”

a year agoBuilding elevators are slow because building management often hogs one for their own use. The security in the building was also very bad.

11 months agoWorst elevator experience. More than 30 floors share only 4 elevators and they frequently only open 2.
