4 months agoUseless reservation system. Last week I booked for two and was confirmed. I was then informed at the last minute that their current clients requested for extension so I had to cancel mine because it was getting late. No big deal, I can go back the next week. Tonight, I booked a reservation and was confirmed again by the staff. I requested a female masseuse and they agreed. Suddenly I get a message saying the female masseuse is available 2 hrs later than my schedule so I was forced to take a male masseuse for my partner. When I get there I find out that my masseuse is not available since they accepted a WALK IN client when I already have a confirmed reservation. I tried to wait since they said the walk in client would finish in 20 mins but it took 40 mins and I was no longer interested to continue the service. Both the masseuse and the front desk are telling me different stories, saying that front desk didn’t inform the masseuse but front desk is saying she DID inform her and she still took a walk in client. You tell me who is lying because I really don’t know. Communication among staff is trash and now you’ve lost two loyal customers because this spa do not prioritize confirmed booking of loyal customers.
