2 months agoFollowing a recent hotel stay at Tropicana Suites, I wish to commend the exceptional service provided. The staff demonstrated remarkable courtesy and client-focused attentiveness. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this preferred location.

5 months agoNo hot water (max 35 celsius), they will check it, and check it, and check it. I feel ridiculous. One time in 4 days, its hot. the picture of my booked suite is absolutely different from reality. Pool and poolservice is good.

a month agoeven if the rooms are big, they are also very expensive and the service in this hotel is not good , been there one week and they never changed towels or bed clothing

a year agoLocation was good, walking distance to main attractions and a shopping mall right in front. But the surroundings were not so good: dirt and homeless. Staff members were really friendly and helpful and free breakfast was good. Building is old but well maintained and room was huge, more like an apartment. Unfortunately comfort was terrible. Mattress need urgent replacement and there was a construction happening in front of our window which was very difficult to rest due to excessive noise until 11:30PM and starting 6AM! Even on weekend. Overall a fair stay.
