U.P. Town Center – Ayala Malls

ESCALATORS AND ELEVATORS DO NOT WORK. I go here 3x/week for work and this is the condition of their escalators and elevator most of the time (see pictures). AVOID THIS MALL IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING.

There were aloottttt of cats which we loved. It was a pet friendly place, clean and Aircon was really cold

I was impressed that their CRs are very clean, & they have toilet paper & soap. On a weekday, it wasn't crowded & everything was well laid out. Parking, however, was hard to come by & took a while to get a spot.

Beware of the cellphone & accessories shops outside ABENSON's & TRUE VALUE. They cost consumers triple the price of an item. Single small item without safety mark for PHP 200.00 compare to a PHP 120.00 socket from TRUE VALUE store.
