6 months agoOur overall experience is honestly meh with the exception of the massage. The facilities are outdated and could use a more thorough cleaning, especially the pool area. The jacuzzi is also not working, which is disappointing. The clothes are fine but could be better but the slippers were really uncomfortable. The food was honestly okay, even if the choices were limited. The staff were great, they were polite and accommodating. The tipping part can feel a bit forced, but when we hear that they only make commissions with no stable salary- I can see why they want tips. The massage was really good. Kudos to our massage therapist. I do think the overall experience could be improved, especially given its price, but I'm glad that I tried it. Would not be returning, though, as there are other spa places that could offer better services overall for a cheaper price.

4 months agoWon’t go back. The masseuse assigned to me was SICK. Blowing her nose in between massage strokes then touching me after 🤮 while my friend’s masseuse was sleepy, almost passing out. other customers were too LOUD, and not even a single staff called them out. food’s average, jacuzzi’s water was brownish, place not highly maintained. Honestly, the owner needs to check not just the place itself, but the quality of services the staff provide. Not relaxing at all. Not healthy at all. But kudos to the kitchen/dining staff they were great.

2 months agoThe staff were friendly and accommodating, but I would never return to this place. The food was terrible, and the facilities were extremely dirty. The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the jacuzzi wasn’t functioning. While this place claims to promote wellness, the facilities are far from acceptable. The water in the jacuzzi was so cold that it was impossible to use even for a few minutes. Both lunch and snacks were awful. I definitely don’t recommend this place—it’s not worth it!

a month agoBad, bad, bad. My family and I had our family day there at Jan 29 and it was a disaster! We went there last week (Jan 18) between 7-8PM they told us that there weren’t any food refills left and the sauna, jacuzzi, etc weren’t usable anymore. It was understandable, it was kinda late. So we left and went back the next week. You know what they told us? Jacuzzi/the bath wasn’t heated nor cold, what was the point then?!?? just close atp. The service there was kinda lacking too. There was just a single woman (not even in uniform or anything) going back and forth in the dining area. My mother complained because we were waiting for at least 30 mins before our hotpot was set up. They gave us chopped meat for compensation LMAO. You need to prioritize food too because they don’t refill till 6pm. So if you do get there at the afternoon right after lunch then you’re out of luck cause you will be STARVING till 6. Only redeeming thing there was the hotpot i guess… Just either go to their new branch or go to another one. It’s Manila, you’re better off finding another spa place.
