After reading so many reviews online , and our friends had been a few years ago, we decided to drop in for a massage. While the staff were extremely friendly and I had a great massage, I have to say I was very unsatisfied with the food and standards at the facility. A good initial suggestion would be to replace your cleaners, the facilities at best could be described as dirty and run down. I didn't have a chance to try any of the food, as there wasn't any.

It's our first time to try Wensha and we have high expectations as they are already established family friendly spa. we went last Friday in a calm and peaceful evening. Upon our arrival, the parking is VERY spacious as it was in front of World Trade Center. The parking cost us 45 pesos in total. We were greeted by a nice and very accommodating lady. Since this is out first time we had a couple of questions like, what is the order of services? What is the time limit? So apparently, when you go there it is recommended to first (1) Eat then (2) Shower (3) Wet Area Amenities (4) Massage (5) Eat again. We availed the 1,800 total package which has body scrub. We paid via credit card and the lady gave us the bracelet locker key and two food stamp. We went to the mens locker room area and we approached the guy who is handing towels. He gave us two pair of pajama (top and bottom). There is no changing rooms so you change in front of your locker. For the food, it is limited to hot pot, one kind of pasta, macaroni salad and rice. They offer unlimited hotpot but the pork and shrimp is single serving. For us, it is ok. The broth is bland which you need to add some salt to your preferred taste. Do the worry because they have condiments section. 🤷 After done eating, we went to the wet area. You have to be fully naked because only the towel are allowed inside the area. My Unsolicited advice is If this is your first time in this kinds of spa, you have to keep in mind that at the end of the day NO ONE CARES and NO ONE WILL REMEMBER YOU. So it is ok to be fully naked, liberate and just allow yourself to relax and enjoy the stay. When it comes to the mens facility, wet area. For me it is just meh... Because you will instantly notice that the establishment has been there for a couple of years. it is very obvious that it is overdue of a major major make over. The spas around the area have newer facilities and offers more services. They have like 10 showers which is divided by a wall. They also have a big pool with two jacuzzi (which is turned off i think), sauna and a steam room. The steam room however is the kind of steam room that will give you a taste of being burnt alive. It is very very HOT compared to usual steam rooms.. We only lasted 10 seconds. It is NOT dark because both sauna and steam rooms are glass and is facing the pool. Since we availed the body scrub, after our dip in the pool, we went outside in the staff and ask if we can start the body scrub. The guy escorted one of us to the body scrub area because they can only accommodate one guest at a time. The scrub lasted for 10mins and for me it is painful AF. They put little soap in you and will scrub the hell out of your Libag. After the scrub, the guy will ask you to sign and will ask for a tip which Off course we give. After that, we change with our pajamas again and went to the massage area, it is at the left side of the buffet area.. We are really excited at this point because we really want to relax and have our money worth. In the massage area the lady greeted us and ask what type of masseuse. We ask for a male therapist and then after she pointed to our room. The room has 3 beds and are lit. We waited for a couple of minutes before they arrive. The massage is really terrible me and my companion agreed as well. My companions experience is that the sequence are very random like for example he will massage 5 strokes in the left arm and then in the right just one. Another example is he will do very random points in some areas which is very painful. The massage lasted for 60mins and after it was over, the guy asked for a sign and ask for a tip again. After that, went back to our lockers and change to prepare to leave. We went to the reception area and paid the fee for tips and left. Overall, Wensha has it's glory days but for us, we will wait if this spa will have a major improvements before we come back.

The place is nice. If you come early, you get to enjoy the amenities just up till 10pm. Food is not great, but alright. The quality massage is what you're paying for here.
