The room is quiet and comfortable and the AC works really well. I stayed in a 8 bed dorm. The beds have a curtain, light, power outlet and you get soap and shampoo upon arrival There's one shower. Bring your own towel and such! The staff and security is there 24/7 and always super nice. Security does a really good job late at night and you can always go to them if you need help. The surrounding area is dope but it's loud so if you're trying to sleep early -- you will most likely hear music and people form buccaneers. Which is also a good bar to visit. 🍻

friendly staff at the facility. close to a good number of restaurant and perhaps night clubs (if this is what you are after). descent room size but toilet has been clog. moved to another room but still having the same issue.. no working lift, can be very hard if you spent the entire day on your feet.. noise over the weekend can be heard even at 3 am. it’s 28 minutes close to jazz mall and other shops that are descent. so many GRO on the streets on the next block.. be mindful of men who sells you viagra and other medications (maybe fake or maybe a scam, not legit or not safe to drink - not regulated). there are a lot of facilities nearby.. best if you can check facility before booking as some issues were transparent like non working lift. At 11:30 am, staff were already knocking at the door for check out. Check in time I believe is at 12 noon.

The location 5/5 The room size 5/5 Staff attitude 5/5 Things to consider I had to buy bleach as it is not standard tactics to clean everything with it . And in a week or more I was here only 1 time cleaning was done . Therefore I clean and bleach the room and bathroom myself AA I felt more safe because it was bubbling bleach everywhere meaning that they do not use it regularly. Some bed bugs bite the bigezus out of me. My only 1/5 stars is for cleaning procedures of the room. And maintenance of the room itself, deteriorated curtain hooks. Must say when the hook came out they fix it right away . Note I even booked a single room all by myself thinking would be cleaner Also side note kitchen / breakfast/ lunch were not available as they were remodelling it was not advertised prior arrival .

Very old and worn out. Towel and pillows are way past their expiration date. Toilet do not flush. Outlet is dirty. Faucet has no cover. No water in the room. And hot water only works at 6 am, when nobody else are using it. Floor is dirty. Loud music all night.

i’m from new york. i checked into white banana and they told me i couldn’t stay anymore because they put a ban on transgender people. this establishment is not good and discriminates through your gender orientation. Do not stay.
