Winford Resort and Casino Manila

Winford has a brilliant lobby. I love their chandeliers. This is a nice place to have your events like debut or wedding. Their table games are located at the second floor. Slot machines are on the ground floor and some are on the second floor. You need to sign up for their membership in the casino.

1. We had breakfast included for all 3 of us as that's what I paid for. When we went for breakfast they told us my child wasn't included and would need to pay. Spoke to duty manager, he was not helpful at all. He told us he would check this and get back to us and never did. We didn't eat breakfast throughout whole stay. We spoke to 3 different members of staff regarding this and no one got back to us at all. Really disappointing as I had booking confirmation and email stating breakfast was included for all 3 of us. 2. 4* hotel that doesn't have basic things like a hair dryer is ridiculous, even other 3* ones do. Leaking kettle everytime it boils. 3. We are a very introverted family, we always put the do not disturb sign everytime we stay at the hotel. This hotel would be calling us everyday asking if we wanted our room cleaned etc after telling them time and time again, no we do not and do not wish to be disturbed. They should respect guests wishes, it's like they want to be nosey and see what's in your room. They couldn't let us know regarding breakfast as to why my son wasn't included even though I paid but could call twice a day pestering about cleaning the room. 4. The room isn't fully cleaned, the carpets had clumps of hair from previous guests, I didn't get to complain about it as we were so tired from a very long day of travels and just wanted to rest. 5. No sound proofing at all. You can hear guests all times of the day and night in the hall way. 6. Hotel claims to be 4* but their services, facilities say other wise. Don't let the interior fool you, the way how the hotel looks doesn't match the quality of their rooms or their service. 100%, will not be returning to this hotel. Not worth the money, there are better 3* hotels in Manila that offer better service, breakfast, and facilities. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. Despite being a luxury hotel, I experienced a ceiling leak in my bathroom that completely ruined the experience. Water was dripping all night, and when I reported it to the staff, they offered no meaningful solution. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. A luxury hotel shouldn't have such basic maintenance issues. Will never go back here!

Underrated venue but it is actually really nice. If you have access to LRT-1 it is easy to get here. They hold prominent events here like Star Awards, some concerts and pageants.

Lives up to its Name. Its also beside the Mall. Easy access for anything. Swimming pool has warm water. We only experienced a problem when the Grab driver we ordered. Couldnt find our location and parked on for some reason.
