Z Hostel offers a clean and social environment with helpful staff. The hostel itself is well-maintained and provides a comfortable stay. The social atmosphere is great for meeting fellow travelers. However, the hostel's location in the heart of the nightlife district means it can get quite noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be a significant drawback.

I've used Z as my home away from home for close to 10 years now I believe? The location is convenient, the rooms are very clean, the service and staff are amazing! The prices aren't bad either! Z definitely punches above its weight in terms of the value that you get for your money. Don't hesitate to stay here. Really awesome place!

I recently stayed at Z hostel and had an incredible experience, largely thanks to Andrei, one of the volunteers. From the moment I arrived, Andrei went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable also Gwen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to help with recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The hostel itself is fantastic—clean, welcoming, and filled with a vibrant atmosphere. The communal areas are perfect for meeting other travelers, and the facilities are top-notch. I particularly loved the organized events, which made it easy to connect with fellow guests. Andrei truly made my stay unforgettable with his warm hospitality and dedication to creating a positive environment. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Z HOSTEL , You won’t be disappointed!

Great value for money considering its location (within Makati, near BGC and Manila) and has complimentary cocktail and breakfast. There are rooms good for 2, 4, 6 to eight people (nice to rent out with friends). Hostel has a rooftop bar which is lively during Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They also offer walking tour. I consider the place safe from outsiders and I havent encountered problems the 5x I booked here. They also have friendly staff and fellow travellers. The hostel needs to improve more on the cleanliness of the rooms specially the bathrooms.

Really great Hostel!!! It does get loud at night but what else do you expect staying in a party area in the middle of the city. Clean, friendly, beds are so comfy! Free breakfast and great location. Highly recommend.
