Disappointing Experience for Families at Conrad Manila Our recent stay at Conrad Manila was incredibly disappointing, especially for families. Despite the hotel’s luxurious appearance, it is far from family-friendly. The rooms are clearly designed for only two people, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The rate we were given only included two people as well, making it clear that the hotel is more focused on couples rather than families. The service was equally frustrating. We felt as though our family was an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Simple requests were met with reluctance, and we felt unwelcome throughout our stay. To top it off, we were shocked to find garbage in our mango juice during breakfast. This was unacceptable and truly ruined our experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much more. If you’re traveling with family, I recommend looking elsewhere. Conrad Manila does not cater to families and fails to provide the level of service one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

One of the best Hotel! We really enjoyed our stay; the place was very clean. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the team members of Conrad Manila. First, to Ms. Zy, who welcomed and greeted us politely. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Brassiere; everyone was very friendly. Special thanks to Leo, who patiently served us our hot drinks and kept checking our table to see if we needed anything. The omelette was perfectly cooked by Chef Ken. Spencer also came by to ask if everything was alright. I also want to mention the helpful housekeeping staff, though I forgot his name.

Overall one of the best newer hotels in Metro Manila, encompassed by great service, design, and in-house dining and relaxation options. The hotel also comes with a fairly decent spa, pool, and gym, and definitely stands out as there is rarely a crowd. The gym itself is neat and there are complimentary towels, refreshments, and light snacks. It has all that you need for a basic workout, however may feel lacking if there are other people using the equipment.

This hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The location is right on board walk. It is connected to the mall of Asia hence lots of shopping and food options. We did get some local food from mall of Asia but we enjoyed eating at the hotel throughly. We got the executive room with executive lounge access. Best decision ever! The food was outstanding and service amazing. This hotels staff is by far the most amazing, attentive and welcoming than any other hotel. Every single person makes eye contact, greets and acknowledges and makes you feel welcome and part of the family. They genuinely seem like they are happy to have you. We told them it was our son’s birthday and there was a banner, balloons and piece of cake wishing for us in the room. If we are ever in Manila again we will absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to everyone. Money well spent! (View from room 6035)

You can’t beat the location, and the service is excellent. We had the Conrad arrange an airport pickup, which had one person greet us and then communicate to the car to pick us up and the curb. This was very seamless, though the front desk could have been a bit more prepared for our arrival. The pool is great for families though they don’t have any lap lanes. The three cabanas seem to get taken by towel jumpers. It would be better if they had a rule of not keeping a chair or cabana if you aren’t using it, as some resorts have. Being connected the malls is great, especially for the dining and entertainment options. It’s a bit of a maze getting to/from them though. The breakfast buffet offers a wide assortment of fresh, international foods and a few items you can have made to order. The C Lounge offers great views at night.
