2 months agoMost amazing location, even more amazing staff! Hands down the BEST experience we've had staying in the Philippines. The staff were all so professional, and every single one of them would greet you as you walked past - I mean everyone! From the clean staff to the restaurant staff, they were all so welcoming. I was greeted by name upon arrival - I don't know how they knew, but alas, and was also greeted by name by the concierge as I came out of the elevator. The room was very spacious and came with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They even came by in the evening for turn down service, free bottled water, and a little stuffed caribou as a little souvenir of our stay! Their continental breakfast had such a huge selection that we couldn't possibly taste everything they had. It was different too for all 3 days we were there! Their C Lounge is overlooking Manila Bay and they had great cocktails. The live bands that played each night were very talented and took song requests. The hotel already has everything you need, but there's still a whole mall attached to the hotel! Then, through that mall, you can get to the Mall of Asia without stepping outside! You don't need to stay anywhere else!

3 weeks agoOverall experience is good. Staff are polite and welcoming. We appreciate the early check in. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room. Some surfaces seem to have been overlooked as we can see some dust. (See photos). Sofa has markings too. Need to put attention to this given that this is a 5 star hotel and a bit expensive.

3 months agoDisappointing Experience for Families at Conrad Manila Our recent stay at Conrad Manila was incredibly disappointing, especially for families. Despite the hotel’s luxurious appearance, it is far from family-friendly. The rooms are clearly designed for only two people, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The rate we were given only included two people as well, making it clear that the hotel is more focused on couples rather than families. The service was equally frustrating. We felt as though our family was an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Simple requests were met with reluctance, and we felt unwelcome throughout our stay. To top it off, we were shocked to find garbage in our mango juice during breakfast. This was unacceptable and truly ruined our experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much more. If you’re traveling with family, I recommend looking elsewhere. Conrad Manila does not cater to families and fails to provide the level of service one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

2 months agoWe stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at Conrad Manila for a quick getaway. The main reasons for our stay was to celebrate a family member's birthday and attend the MIBF therefore we weren't able to try out any of the facilities they offer. For a 5-star hotel, the prices are quite affordable especially if booking was done a while before the dates of stay. The room was spacious yet packed with different amenities, making our stay comfortable. We got the pool view but we can still see a bit of the bay. The complementary wifi was strong enough for daily uses. As for breakfast, we paid for the buffet experience and it did not disappoint. There is a vast selection of dishes from Filipino favorites to international flavors. There were a lot of available tables that can accommodate solo guests to bigger groups. There is an existing dress code but it isn't as inflexible as it sounds so I think anything decent would do. Overall, it was a nice experience. Should there be a next time, we will try out their facilities.

3 months agoOverall one of the best newer hotels in Metro Manila, encompassed by great service, design, and in-house dining and relaxation options. The hotel also comes with a fairly decent spa, pool, and gym, and definitely stands out as there is rarely a crowd. The gym itself is neat and there are complimentary towels, refreshments, and light snacks. It has all that you need for a basic workout, however may feel lacking if there are other people using the equipment.
