a week agoReally nice hotel, close to everything. The breakfast buffet is probably one of the best I've ever had in my life. Huge. Also in the coffee shop make sure you get their mango cheesecake it will be the best cheesecake you've ever had in your life and I am not kidding lol

Breakfast is a highlight, featuring a delightful selection that caters to all tastes. The executive lounge is equally impressive, with wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Plus, the gym facilities are top-notch, making it easy to stay active during your stay!

4 weeks agoWe stayed here twice, once in December of 2023 and again in October 2024. I noticed after they swipe your credit card, they proceed to type in all your credit card info (#, expiration, etc.). I hadn't used my Bonvoy CC in about 2 years, and only used it at this hotel. About a week later, someone tried to fraudulently use my card. BEWARE! It's against Visa/MC regulations to store the full credit card, yet this hotel does it and clearly their employees have access to the info they manually type in. Also, in 2023, we had a complaint about the quality of the buffet and were promised an upgrade the next time we stayed. I had asked how we would avail of the upgrade and were assured it would be on their systems. When we tried to avail of the upgrade in October 2024, we were told there was no record of the promise.

3 weeks agoGreat service! The agent and front desk were helpful. The location is good if you're exploring Manila, but going out of Manila like to Ortigas or BGC, it will take more than 1-2 hours. Walking distance for shops and restaurants. But the roads are not the same as if you're walking around Makati. Rooms have everything you need, but it shows age just needs touch ups. Stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different rooms.

2 months agoSome nice views, staff are nice, efficient and attentive. Be careful how you ask for things, they'll say they speak 8/10 English, most is 5/10. But it's still way better than my Filipino/Tagalog!
