Sheraton Manila Bay

The hotel in upscale but its quite dated, especially the lounge area where the carpets are really old and stained. Rooms are comfortable and clean but again the carpets need to be changed. Breakfast buffet is good but the light dinner at the lounge is decent and changes daily. Lots of KTV with massage parlors around the area that does not look legit. Overall good stay though

Was automatically upgraded to an amazing room! This hotel has everything, from amazing chefs, and food to a rooftop pool, and not to mention a Casino, and is walking distance to a fabulous mall. Staff was wonderful and really accommodating, and surprisingly it wasn't that expensive. I definitely recommend this stay to anyone in the Manila area

An overall good hotel. A deluxe hotel which shows some signs of age -- for example, rusty spots noted here and there. But, the bed is heavenly comfortable, the food served at the restaurants is delicious, the facilities are sparkling. And the staff is very welcoming and polite. I would recommend it

Great location right next to the airport. In fact I walked it to the airport on my back back and itbook me 12 minutes. There is a very convenient bridge that leads straight into the airport terminal 3. Service was quick and efficient, and rooms were big and well appointed. Overall a great stay experience.

The hotel was more than amazing,, starting from the reception specially Jake the front manager and Irish who treated me with class. The concierge and restaurant staff was dedicated to helping us The General Manger himself was so welcoming every time I meet him around the hotel Room had a great view, clean, and room service was fast every time I asked for anything I visit manila often for work and I only stay here and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else cause I feel it’s like a second home to me l always recommend it to my family and friends.
