I’ve been staying at this hotel every time I arrive in and depart from the Philippines, and it has become my go-to choice. Its convenient location near the airport is a major plus, making travel much easier. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its outstanding customer service. I’ve been a loyal guest for several years, and each stay has been consistently excellent. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is fantastic and definitely not to be missed! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking convenience, comfort, and great service.

Exceptional Stay in Hilton Hotel - King Guest Room Pool View (Aug 18 to Aug 20, 2024). We recently stayed at the Hilton and opted for the King Guest Room with pool view and access, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly staff at the front desk made check-in smooth and quick. The King Guest Room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens that made for a perfect night's sleep. I particularly loved the elegant decor and the thoughtful amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a well-stocked coffee/tea station. The bathroom was huge, with both a bathtub and was well-appointed with high-end toiletries and plush towels. The attention to detail here was evident, making the stay feel luxurious. The pool was the highlight of the room. It was a real treat to be able to step out and take a refreshing dip in the beautifully maintained pool area. The poolside service was excellent. My family also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, all of which were fresh and tasty. Our stay at the Hilton was outstanding, and I would highly recommend the King Guest Room with pool access to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The overall experience was amazing. All the people in the executive lounge were very accommodating and attentive, especially Franceska, Camille, and Angel. All in all, it's a big thumbs up. Room service was excellent. I just have a suggestion regarding the food menu in the executive lounge: please change the salad and morning food selection, as it gets boring having the same menu every day. We will definitely come back!

My husband and I together with my mom are very happy with this hotel. Service is exceptional. Thanks to Bridgette for her warm welcome and hospitality. We have been to other Hilton hotels but Hilton Manila is the best so far.

Wonderful hotel. The hotel is huge and beautiful. The decoration is faithful to the luxury spirit of Hiltons's hotel. The rooms are large, clean, modern and uncluttered. The service is incredible. Everyone in the hotel is careful to the customer experience. Extraordinary. Last but not least, the breakfast is top-notch. I recommend it and hopefully will come back.
