in the last weekThis hotel has the perfect location among others. There is a runway bridge which is connected from terminal 3 then head straight to the hotel. Terminal 3 has international and domestic flight at the same time. So I have really the excellent place to be during my flight both international and domestic. The room is tidy and clean. The bed is so comfy and I slept good. Service and security was excellent. They do had a rooftop bar and nice infinity pool above with a view of the airport. I had a chance to see and use the gym and sauna which is always ignored during a hotel stay. It was great time there too. Breakfast was also amazing with wide varieties of filipino food. I would definitely recommend this place to all travellers and staycationers.

a month agoThe hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk across the “Sky Bridge” from Terminal 3 on the fourth floor. You descend to the ground level and find yourself less than 50 yards from the hotel entrance. The entire path is undercover, well-lit, and safe. No taxi or trike required. By USA standards, the room is exceptionally clean, comparable to a nice Hilton. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. After a 21-hour flight, I walked from the airport, checked in, and was in my room within minutes. The lobby is open 24/7, so you can check in at any time. The room offers bottled water, a hot shower, good air conditioning, a clean and comfortable bed, and room-darkening window coverings. There’s even a nice restaurant in the lobby if you arrive early enough. It’s exactly what you need after a long flight. The room rates are very good especially when you consider how close to the airport you are.

3 weeks agoHotel was very nice & clean. Our shower the water pressure was amazing and water was nice & hot. Bed was a little stiff for my liking but I still slept good. The staff very professional and polite. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection and was pretty good. Only stayed a night and didn’t have time to explore outside but it’s right near terminal 3 walking distance and a few mins to the other terminals. From the taxi ride in and out the area around hotel was pretty nice plenty of places to eat. When ever I have a short layover in Manila I’ll be staying at this hotel from now on. Highly recommend it.

2 months agoOverall my experience at this hotel has not been good. This has multiple factors, cleanliness of rooms, quality of food and dinner service. The rooms have a nice layout and feel spacious. After a few minutes and wanting to shower we noticed that in the shower and bath room there was a lot of black mold which I feel like is a definite no go in a hotel. This has to be sorted. We had drinks at the rooftop pool bar, these drinks were nice but not great. Regarding the food at the restaurant, we ate dinner there. The quality of the food was not what I expected from such a hotel. We had cold fries with the burger and a appetizer after the main course. Would not recommend to dine here. We have communicated these issues to the hotel staff and offered a discount for the next stay and to clean our room at night.
