Citadines Bay by Manila

Currently on a hastily planned surprise visit to Manila for a family reunion to be held in this property so thought it would be a practical and convenient choice…CBCM has far exceeded all expectations so far…from the gracious welcome during my midnight check-in by Joseph and the entire front desk & F&B team at their excellent cafe. Daily breakfast offers a great variety of options from continental to local to pan-Asian sweet as well as savoury choices with egg/omelette station on site. I have to decided to extend my stay and recommend to all coming to Manila for the first time or fiftieth time. Last night at dinner, I witnessed an extremely heart-warming birthday surprise for a fellow guest. The staff and lounge performers stayed after their set to sing happy birthday and a few of the celebrant’s favourite songs. Very touching. The hotel exudes nothing but good vibes for me. Kudos!

Very nice and secure. Everyone here has been very welcoming and professional. I loved staying here. Very close to the mall of Asia. 1000% recommend coming here. The best part is the lobby bar open 24 hours no questions asked. Everyone is very friendly and passionate about their job

Great hotel with great service! All the staff are helpful, from the security, concierge, front desk, maintenance and restaurant staff. The place looks very clean including the rooms and common areas. Gym was well laid out with a lot of the basic equipment needed for a complete workout. It's also beside the pool where you can do laps or just lounge around. Our room had a kitchenette PLUS a washer/dryer. Also having our own drinking water dispenser was a welcome surprise. The AC unit in our room didn't work and after calling the front desk, was fixed in 15 minutes. The hotel is walking distance to the mall of Asia and is about 15 minutes to the airport (depends on the traffic) I just wish that they had a discount for people who want to spend more than a week or longer in their hotel. Will definitely return and refer. Great job. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, we had a late check-in, at 4PM, due to the room not being ready upon our arrival. No compensation was given for our inconvenience. Some of our amenities were also missing and we had to tell the staff multiple times before they granted our request. There was also an unpleasant scent in our room which caused us discomfort to the point of buying an air freshener to remedy the situation. Despite the room and the food being pleasant, it wasn’t worth the price for the service we received.

my home away from home in manila during my business travel in manila since I'm from tacloban. from checkin to checkout, the experience was awesome and one of a kind. the staff are very welcoming, polite and very accommodating especially since I requested for early packed breakfast.
