2 weeks agoThe experience I got with this hotel is just amazing and never expected it. The staff is so respectful and supports you in any way possible, this includes room service. The room I was in was so big, so much space, it had literally everything. It had a kitchen, a microwave, huge TV, huge and comfortabel bed, a couch to sit on and I can go on. It was also very clean! I was only here for 2 days and would've loved to stay longer, so next time I will definitely book this hotel again.

a month agoCitadines Roces exceed our expectations. The hotel is new and beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the room was clean, comfy, and spacious. Complete appliances in the room. Felt like a home away from home! My son had an assignment and had to compare the weights of small objects. The front desk staff graciously let us use the coffee weighing scale. Check-in was a breeze and they offer complimentary coffee for Ascott members. My son as we were about to leave: “I’ll miss this place, mom.🥲” Will definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel for both short and long-term stays. ❤️

2 weeks agoI recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadines Roces Quezon City for 15 nights while preparing for my board exam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made it ideal for studying. One of the standout moments was when the manager kindly upgraded my room from to a one-bedroom deluxe. This thoughtful gesture really made me feel at home. The room was beautifully designed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a full-sized refrigerator, utensils, plates, a microwave, stovetop, a kettle, and even a half-gallon water jug. It was incredibly convenient and made my stay extra comfortable. I booked the member rate, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made my stay seamless. Sir Mark at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming, both during check-in and check-out. Sir Vince kindly assisted me with my luggage during check-in, and Sir Reymark did the same during check-out. I truly appreciated their thoughtful help throughout my stay. The security staff, like Sir JM at the building entrance, were also very friendly and made me feel safe throughout my stay. The restaurant staff at Alejo always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the bacon, waffles, and coffees. The room service was excellent, they allowed me to order from the restaurant menu. The 8th-floor lobby lounge was always clean and comfortable, where I spent some hours studying at the workstation behind the TV while housekeeping attended to my room. A memorable moment was when Sir Lord (I think that was his name) approached to inform me about International Coffee Week, where they were offering complimentary printed coffee—it made my day! The staff were quick to respond to any requests I had, whether it was for room cleaning, laundry, or even something as simple as extra ice or additional clothes hangers. The only minor issue I encountered was the Wi-Fi, which slowed down frequently, even though I was signed into the member Wi-Fi option for a faster connectivity… I could switch to mobile data, but the signal wasn’t very strong at the area, with only 1-2 bars of 5G. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience, I hope the hotel considers upgrading the Wi-Fi in the future. I was grateful they granted my request for a late checkout, which allowed me to stay a bit longer before my flight. Overall, my 15 nights went by quickly, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would definitely return, though next time it will be for a relaxing vacation rather than exam prep! P.S. I passed my exams! Thanks to the peaceful stay and great service of Citadines Roces Quezon City, I was able to focus and prepare well. Looking forward to coming back!

a week agoWe chose Citadines Roces for its proximity to my niece’s birthday party venue, hoping to give our family a relaxing break afterward. I was pleasantly surprised by how much the hotel offered for the price. We stayed in a 1-BR Deluxe room, and the first thing I noticed was how fresh and new it smelled and felt. The room was not only well-maintained but also incredibly spacious. The bed was large and comfortable, with high-quality pillows and linens. In the living area, we enjoyed a cozy sofa set, an oval-shaped table, and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including an induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. It had all the essential cookware, kitchenware, and utensils. I appreciated their green initiative: instead of small plastic bottles, purified water was provided in a water jug dispenser, with refills available on request. They also supplied a swing-cap glass bottle for serving water, which was a nice touch. The dining table was spacious, seating four comfortably. The bathroom was equally impressive; spacious and well-appointed. It came with a basic hygiene kit, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were provided in refillable bottles, again as part of the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. The rainfall shower and excellent water pressure were an added luxury. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the city, making the space feel even more expansive. One standout feature was the ample storage space, which was very well thought out. The storage areas were easily accessible, had soft-close features, and even included a designated space for shoes. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such well-designed storage, which was a real blessing after the party, as we had plenty of gifts and items to organize. The pool on the 8th floor was a bit chilly due to the open area, but the kids didn’t mind; they had a great time and kept asking to go back. There was always a lifeguard on duty, which made us feel at ease. The breakfast buffet at Alejo was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone’s tastes. We always left the dining area with full, happy tummies. They also offer in-room dining services until 7pm. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and accommodating. A special thanks to JM at the ground floor. He was always gracious, ready to help, and had a friendly demeanor that made my little nieces feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for an extra day! I’ve also booked another stay at Citadines Bay City Manila for our next event. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our experience so wonderful!
