I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Patrick greeted us warmly, and we immediately knew we were in great hands. The front desk staff is nothing short of amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. But what truly sets this place apart is the entire team. Every single person we interacted with was a rockstar, always with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s the perfect combination of great service, friendly staff, and excellent amenities!

Hands down the best hotel I've experienced in Manila. Amazing breakfast, big rooms that have everything you need, excellent gym, the Firefly restaurant is an amazing experience The staff are outstanding all of them, from the security & reception to the cleaning crew. The only slight issue I had was the elevators. There are only 3 elevators which is not enough for such a big hotel. They are a bit slow as well. But it's not a big deal. Special thanks to Darius & Patrick. They took a good care of me in my last day here.

The staff made this a very special trip for me. It was a special occasion and they assisted me and made it a great trip for me. The front desk staff and the managers were excellent. The rooms are great. Get a higher floor so you get a nice view o manila. They are clean, they give you a choice of firm or soft pillows. The location is extremely convenient. They have roof deck pool and bar and a nice rooftop restaurant attached to it. The door staff are also very warm and helpful. Overall the hotel is worth it. The staff the rooms and the food all great. Cant go wrong…

Ok first of all, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. You can't just claim to be 5 star on Google because you feel like it. This is a 3 star hotel at best in the real world of hotel rankings. The staff here are wonderful. Every interaction I had with them was great. The building however needs work. Room was clean but windows are defintely not sound proof. The lobby has an odd smell to it as well and the elevators are painfully slow and tiny.

We were super happy with the hotel and so glad we have chosen to stay in this beautiful place. The kids absolutely loved the roof terrace pool, the adults too. The breakfast buffet was good, even though a lot of unhealthy food like marshmallows, puddings, chocolate fountain and sweet stuff. I live on a vegan diet, and for me food was quite limited, I had biryani and vegetable curry, this was more or less everything I could eat fruit and plain bread with jam. .. however, I would absolutely recommend this place, super centrally located, very clean, all stuff so friendly, and an absolutely spectacular pool with a beautiful restaurant with stunning views over the city .
