I’M Onsen Spa

I recently stayed at I'm Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities really stood out. The food was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, I was consistently impressed by the quality and flavor. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local dining, their hospitality made a significant difference. This hotel offers excellent facilities, including a relaxing onsen and pool. The room was very spacious and amazing to stay in. The staff's accommodating nature and friendliness enhance the overall experience, making guests feel welcome, also greeting my partner happy birthday which is very sweet. The breakfast buffet is also good. Overall, it's a great choice for a comfortable stay.

I loved all the amenities and the hotel services! Though I think that there is still room for improvement for the hospitality/approachability of some staffs especially those at the Onsen Spa / Massage department during our stay. Not a really big issue since they still accommodated us / responded when we needed help since it was our first time doing such activities but I guess it wouldn’t hurt to give a more approachable response. Overall we had a great stay! :)

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all kind and considerate, and they generously provided all the things I requested. The facilities are well-maintained and are really nice and clean. We also had their Common Ground restaurant’s chocolate pecan cheesecake and it was heavenly! We will most likely come back here again.
