a month agoWe had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all kind and considerate, and they generously provided all the things I requested. The facilities are well-maintained and are really nice and clean. We also had their Common Ground restaurant’s chocolate pecan cheesecake and it was heavenly! We will most likely come back here again.

in the last weekThird time staying here! Staff is courteous and responsive to my needs. The room is always clean, and the bathroom is spacious. For this stay, I was given a room with the corner view — thoroughly enjoyed looking at the cityscape.

3 weeks agoBooked a Prestige room during a holiday. The room and bathroom was excellent. It was good that they put water refilling stations on each floor instead of using water bottles for each room. Service was also good specially the guards who lent us an umbrella as it was raining when we went out.

2 weeks agoI can’t believe the price and amenities at this location. At first it didn’t seem kid friendly but my 3 had a blast at the infinity pool. The buffet was great and the rooms are well kept. Free parking, dessert and massages when you do a package?!? Can’t beat that. Thanks I’m—— visitors from the Bay Area

a week agoI am staying here now at the hotel. I won't book this hotel again. I booked because I wanted to work out and use the sauna/steam in the morning. Imagine my dismay when I found out the steam/sauna doesn't open until 12 PM. Other things that bother me is the lack of good coffee in the room/building. A 5 star hotel should have better in room coffee than what they provide. Another thing I was disappointed by is the rooftop bar. I had a manhattan there that was very poor. Staff seems really nice though, but the hotel does not live up to my expectations.
