Admiral Hotel Manila

My partner and I celebrated our 8th anniversary here and I am beyond words to express my immense gratitude for the extraordinary help and service provided by the Duty Manager. From making reservations to executing the surprise, their (her and the staff) commitment to make the experience great was smooth. Every concern was handled with such care that we felt truly valued. This level of service was truly top notch, and I am genuinely overwhelmed with appreciation. Our experience here made a lasting impact, and I couldn't be happier. :)

Beautiful hotel by the bay area. Wonderful views of the sunset. The buffer breakfast area (Admiral Club) is very cozy and not overwhelming. The croissants were perfect! Food selection was good enough. There was just a few staff though so service may be a little slow… But they are all courteous and pleasant. The hotel spa is something to try too. The club lounge is at the lobby area and is wanting of privacy. But all in all, we had quite an enjoyable stay :)

The beds are superb. Interior is beautiful. The staff was indeed 5-star. They took our order for lunch and did not forget a single order despite not having a pen and paper and we ordered 9 items. Dinner was always great. It’s pet friendly and great for an infant as well.

The ambiance was really nice. The view was a top notch. Everyone was really helpful and kind. Dexter our butler from the lounge was very accommodating and nice. We really had an excellent stay because of Dexter. Thank you!!!

Good location. Not centrally located but it's within close proximity to the places I needed to be. The service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was great. It was spacious and have good amenities in it. The only downside was keeping the temperature down, even if I put it on the coldest temperature, it always goes back to being warm. The restaurants were fantastic! We tried both the Admiral and Ruby Wong and both served great food. They were delicious and serving size were enough for 2 people.
