Our dream wedding came true here. with the help of their Events Manager Ms Raquel Dela Cruz, from ceremony to reception and even our room bookings were executed with highest attention to detail & care. As an ex-hotelier, i can really see that everyone here from Banquet, Guest Services, Rooms, and F&B Team goes beyond the extra mile and are well coordinated. Guest can set high standards and wont be disappointed! even their Host/Usher Dexter recognized us when we came back for dinner, goes to show how they pay attention and prioritize guest experience! During my stay at Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery, the Club Lounge experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by one of the male staff members. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made every visit to the lounge a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, he greeted me with a friendly smile and ensured that I had everything I needed. His recommendations on food and drinks were spot-on, and he always made an effort to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. His exceptional service went beyond expectations, turning a simple lounge visit into a memorable part of my trip. Thanks to him, I made many wonderful memories at the Club Lounge, and I genuinely appreciate the impeccable hospitality. Without a doubt, I will revisit Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery on my next trip to Manila, not only for the elegant ambiance but also for the outstanding service that made my stay truly special.

My experience here is beyond excellent. It exceeded my expectations. The rooms are nice and clean and complete with amenities. The rooftop bar is the icing on the cake with a great view of Manila Bay and surrounding neighborhoods. Kudos to Griffin for his exceptional service. Cheers!

The interior design of the hotel is one of a kind. However, having a single-pane window is not a good idea because you can hear the traffic and hustle and bustle if Manila. It's hard to sleep and have a restful night. The employees are helpful and friendly. The food is decent as well.

Spank me happy!! Had to walk through a metal detector at front, they take security seriously. Place was phenomenal....5 stars screaming.....hidden speak ez downstairs was to AWESOME- Ruby Wongs (service sucked), behind book cabinet. Super clean, spacious rooms, amazing bay views from rooftop and sensational buffet!! Traffic was complete nightmare.....3 miles, 20 minutes or more; hang on to yer shorts! Very attentive n friendly staff! Enjoy!!
