Improve the way you deal with your clients. You can be firm with your security and be respectful to guests at the same time. Our party had a very bad experience with your staff. You’re very aggressive with how you resolve conflicts. If you want to enjoy, there are better resorts nearby.

Not only does this resort have very poor customer service, but their bouncers are also unreasonably strict. We come to the resort for an enjoyable experience, not to be traumatized. This was a terrible experience—never in my life as a customer have I been treated like this. 👎👎👎

The bouncers are harsh and traumatic to children. And they have entrance briefing waiting for guest to pile up in a small space in the entrance. My nephew said don't come here because he is very scared.

A great place for quick getaway inside the metro specially for northern area. I've seen this place when I was young and last May 2024 I was able to visit this place again and it became much a must in the area. Pool + liqour store inside + events place + stage + safety (lots of bouncers)

It's literally good(hundred percent), but I have a doubt about restroom because they don't have toilet or because I couldn't see it on other restroom?
