Aquaboy Resort

Worst resort I’ve ever been to. One of their cats scratch my friend. Multiple scratches in fact. We ask for assistance to their bouncers, they only said that the cats are fully vaccinated. That doesn’t give us assurance. The next day we rushed to BGH, thankfully some of the vaccines are covered by our HMO, the only vaccine that is worth ₱2730 we ask them to cover for it. They refused since it’s too expensive. They recommended a much cheaper clinic only to discover that the Equirab there is worth 5K. The nurse on that clinic also told us that’s the scratches my friend has is of category 3, which is too dangerous since its multiple scratches. The man from the resort decided to just go back at the resort. He accompanied us back to the resort and end up paying for 2,730 since it’s a lot cheaper. We asked them if they can reimburse the medicines since the doctor at BGH insists that she needs to intake those for 7 days. Twice a day actually. The tablet is worth 69.50 each. They refused saying they can only reimburse vaccines. I stopped arguing since we’re both tired going in too many places just to get vaccinated. I SUGGEST YOU NOT TO BOOK IN THIS RESORT! Poor customer service. Very irresponsible pet owners as well.

The bouncers are harsh and traumatic to children. And they have entrance briefing waiting for guest to pile up in a small space in the entrance. My nephew said don't come here because he is very scared.

It's literally good(hundred percent), but I have a doubt about restroom because they don't have toilet or because I couldn't see it on other restroom?

Improve the way you deal with your clients. You can be firm with your security and be respectful to guests at the same time. Our party had a very bad experience with your staff. You’re very aggressive with how you resolve conflicts. If you want to enjoy, there are better resorts nearby.
