3 months agoImprove the way you deal with your clients. You can be firm with your security and be respectful to guests at the same time. Our party had a very bad experience with your staff. You’re very aggressive with how you resolve conflicts. If you want to enjoy, there are better resorts nearby.

3 months agoA great place for quick getaway inside the metro specially for northern area. I've seen this place when I was young and last May 2024 I was able to visit this place again and it became much a must in the area. Pool + liqour store inside + events place + stage + safety (lots of bouncers)

3 months agoNot only does this resort have very poor customer service, but their bouncers are also unreasonably strict. We come to the resort for an enjoyable experience, not to be traumatized. This was a terrible experience—never in my life as a customer have I been treated like this. 👎👎👎

2 months agoRude guards and I can't swimming beacuse I'm wearing clothes it's not okay for me because it's raining and night of course it's too cold
