Charel Spa & Massage North Caloocan Branch

I moved here in March 2023. Since that time I shop in this branch at least once a day. This 2 stars are for all nice people who work there. However this morning around 7am there was a employee that I have never seen before, he was standing next to cashier guy. I was on the way to hospital and wanted just to buy juice and candy bar, but I realized I forgot wallet. I said to cashier: "Omg I forgot the wallet, I will just go fast to take it, keep the bill there" But when I was about to exit the store, other guy whispered to cashier "Gago...." And something else what I didn't hear. I turned and I said I hear him. I pick up wallet I came back yo pay and I asked for manager. They said manager is in the toilet. I asked for the name of that guy who said "Gago" they said name is Justin. He said he was talking to coworker about manager, that he didn't say anything to me. So I asked "So you said your manager is Gago?" Anyway...I left, I didn't want to argue at all. Just want to say that, yes, maybe I am foreigner lady, but I am always so kind to everyone and it's really not nice to talk like that behind costumer's back. Even if he didn't say it to me, I felt so ashamed. People like that are ruining the picture of other kind people who work there. I will keep visiting this store and hopefully I will meet the manager one day.
