I've decided to revise my original review. I was very upset when I left my original review for this hotel, and while I definitely did have some negative experiences, there were also a good deal of positives and I feel that only highlighting the negatives was unfair. Upon checking into the hotel on New Years Eve, the lobby was absolutely jam-packed. The staff, however, maintained good attitudes and were very professional in what were undoubtedly stressful circumstances. They all seemed very capable and absolutely qualified to perform their occupational duties at a high level. There just were not enough employees, regardless of how qualified they were, to adequately deal with this crowd in an efficient manner. The elevator situation was also a mess. I waited on the second floor of the parking lot for half an hour plus with two arms full of food for my family as the elevator was seemingly too full and just skipped right over me, going all the way up and back down multiple times not stopping at my floor. While there are stairs, they are designated as the fire exit, and outside of these stairs is the traditional bright colored fire exit sign. I know that the fire exit doors in some businesses trigger an alarm when opened. I had no idea if this one did, and I am still unsure if taking the stairs was an option. If so, I'd have gladly done it. This experience was very frustrating. The rooms themselves in this hotel, however, were very impressive. The shower was phenomenal, and the cleanliness in the room, and the bathroom absolutely met the standard you would expect from a luxury hotel. This is made all the more impressive by the pressing demand of widespread cleanliness needed to accommodate the aforementioned large crowd brought on by the holiday. The staff did an excellent job in this regard. The other big downside of my experience here was the pool. The pool was one of the things that I most looked forward to about my stay, and I found it far too cold to be enjoyable. Regarding this, I do appreciate the explanation that I was given as a response to my previous review, but I do maintain that this was very disappointing. But in general, I very much appreciate the response I received to my initial review. I felt as though my criticisms were legitimately listened to and taken seriously, whether or not any of them actually get addressed, the response was nonetheless very professional and informative. Thank you for taking the time to make my concerns feel heard.

Our stay in Citadines Roces Quezon City was very pleasant. From the moment we arrived in the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and reception which made the checkin process seamless. The room we booked was a One-Bedroom deluxe and it is very clean and spacious. It also has the essentials that we needed during our stay. There are ample space for your belongings such as safe, luggage space, shoe rack and many cabinets. Iron, hamper, hair blower, safe, towels and toiletries are all provided. The kitchen is also complete with the things you need to cook in the room. For the bathroom, it is big and spacious, and the water pressure is really good. The toiletries provided are nice as well. Meanwhile, the living room and bedroom has comfortable sofa and bed. I had a good night sleep. Overall, every thing is nice in the hotel. The provided breakfast has a decent and tasty spread which they refilled until the last minute. Really good hotel with good value for money. One of the nicest stays I’ve had this year.

The experience I got with this hotel is just amazing and never expected it. The staff is so respectful and supports you in any way possible, this includes room service. The room I was in was so big, so much space, it had literally everything. It had a kitchen, a microwave, huge TV, huge and comfortabel bed, a couch to sit on and I can go on. It was also very clean! I was only here for 2 days and would've loved to stay longer, so next time I will definitely book this hotel again.

Clean and spacious rooms, great gym and pool, good location with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. However the lifts take too long and we spent alot of time waiting for lifts and in the lift. Bunch of homeless people camping out at the school next to the hotel on the way to the restaurants also felt a bit sketch

We recently enjoyed a delightful staycation at this charming hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. The ambiance throughout the hotel was inviting and relaxing, making it the perfect retreat. What truly stood out was the accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return!
