Citadines Roces Quezon City

Giving a 5 star review on this hotel. To start off my review, Citadines Roces has ample parking and good service. We barely waited to check in and the staff were friendly. Housekeeping is often seen cleaning rooms or floors, and in my opinion that is a good thing to see in a hotel. The breakfast was good, although they could still add more selections. Definitely would stay again.

Visited from Australia. Wonderful place to stay at. Pool on level 8 was nice. Gym equipment is sufficient for a hotel. Rooms are extremely spacious. Breakfast buffet was great. Shout out to my guy, JM, manning the doors, for his excellent customer service.

Effortless check-in and check-out, secured parking between 2nd to 5th floor, nice room, good sleep due to the solid sound proofing, and good breakfast buffet at Alejo. All the staff we interacted with were all nice. Commendable service.. Beautiful sunset view in the pool area. Pool though is not heated so this could be a concern for some. Very good value for money.

Poor customer service. Cancelled our booking and blamed everything to Agoda. Didn’t want to accommodate us because apparently, their pet-friendly rooms were no longer available even though they still have rooms that are tagged as not pet-friendly and they could have given us one of those out of courtesy and empathy because our booking was already confirmed and paid for. Didn’t even care that the guest and our pet arrived drenched by the heavy rains and flood. No empathy at all.

Citadines Roces Quezon City have a top tier service and exceeded my expectations. The room is clean, spacious and with complete amenities. I love how they promote the sustainability by using a gallon of water. The staff from Security, to restaurant people to the housekeeping and the Lovely people from the Frontdesk wearing the sweetest smile. Will definitely recommend this hotel with my Family & Friends. Kudos Citadines!
