Total Disappointment: Honeymoon Ruined at Conrad Manila I stayed at the Conrad Manila for my honeymoon from (28/12/24 to 30/12/24) expecting an unforgettable experience, but I was sorely disappointed. Having booked a "Premier" room with see view, I was shocked to find a completely different panorama than what was advertised. Instead of the beautiful bay shown in the photos on these website or booking, I was faced with a grey/black sand beach and stranded boats. A truly depressing sight that in no way corresponds to the standard of a 5-star hotel like the Conrad. The most outrageous thing is that neither the hotel nor Booking.com informed me of these construction works (started months ago and going on for months also) that completely ruined my stay. No disclamer also on these website Conrad and booking. No commercial gesture was offered, except for a free transfer to the airport (by taxi 7 euros), which is worth very little compared to the cost of my stay (€800 for 2 nights). Even a free breakfast or in room dining was refused ! For a hotel claiming luxury, the customer service was nonexistent. It feels like my expectations and disappointment don't matter. My honeymoon, which was supposed to be a magical moment, was ruined by this disastrous experience. I strongly advise against this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. The value for money is simply scandalous and the staff's lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I add the pics of the REAL Conrad Manila bay view and what Conrad sell you ! Be prepared, you will be shocked and I just claim a free breakfast at the beginning, now I ask a refund for this scam, false advertising

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, offering the best experience I’ve had in the Philippines. In all my previous trips to the Philippines, I’ve stayed exclusively at Marriott properties, but this incredible experience has made Conrad my top choice for all future visits. Truly outstanding in every way!

This Conrad is new and therefore not bad at all. It’s a bit out of the way except that it’s good for conferences in Pasay and it’s next to nice malls. However, as is the new norm with hotels there is very little storage room even thought the room I stayed in was very large. Other than that it’s great. The service was attentive and the amenities were good. I also used the lounge for meetings and it was good with nice food and good service. The noise from the outside was rather annoying (there seems to happen every night) and it’s odd that they did not build the room with double glazed windows. But as far as Manila goes this is one of the best. I would stay again if I had another conference in the nearby conference Center.

This is one of the best luxury hotels in Metro Manila. We frequent Conrad and it still meets our expectations every time. Room decor and color motif are relaxing and perfectly complement the bay view. While hotel could get a little crowded especially when there are events, the staff would make sure you are not too inconvenienced. Always a pleasant stay

We have stayed here several times over the last few years, and the hotel is exceptional. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate all the small things the Conrad Manila does to make me feel welcome. If you want an exceptional experience, the Conrad Manila should be your destination.
