2 weeks agoOverall experience is good. Staff are polite and welcoming. We appreciate the early check in. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room. Some surfaces seem to have been overlooked as we can see some dust. (See photos). Sofa has markings too. Need to put attention to this given that this is a 5 star hotel and a bit expensive.

2 months agoMost amazing location, even more amazing staff! Hands down the BEST experience we've had staying in the Philippines. The staff were all so professional, and every single one of them would greet you as you walked past - I mean everyone! From the clean staff to the restaurant staff, they were all so welcoming. I was greeted by name upon arrival - I don't know how they knew, but alas, and was also greeted by name by the concierge as I came out of the elevator. The room was very spacious and came with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They even came by in the evening for turn down service, free bottled water, and a little stuffed caribou as a little souvenir of our stay! Their continental breakfast had such a huge selection that we couldn't possibly taste everything they had. It was different too for all 3 days we were there! Their C Lounge is overlooking Manila Bay and they had great cocktails. The live bands that played each night were very talented and took song requests. The hotel already has everything you need, but there's still a whole mall attached to the hotel! Then, through that mall, you can get to the Mall of Asia without stepping outside! You don't need to stay anywhere else!

a month agoGreat hotel, the staff are simply incredible, and the location is perfect, within walking distance to Mall of Asia, the boardwalk, restaurants, and much more. The hotel itself has an incredible executive lounge that serves food throughout the day, including free drinks. It also has amazing restaurants onsite that are better than most places in Manila. Like the buffet on the 3rd level shown in my pics here. The 3rd level C Lounge has a great view, a smoking area, a bar, and food as well. The rooms are new, very easy to navigate, and the pool is quite nice. It’s definitely worth the price, which is by no means expensive for American standards, but a touch pricey by Philippine standards. Again, this place is great and only 15 minutes from the international airport. Highly recommended when in Manila. It also has a great gym!

3 months agoDisappointing Experience for Families at Conrad Manila Our recent stay at Conrad Manila was incredibly disappointing, especially for families. Despite the hotel’s luxurious appearance, it is far from family-friendly. The rooms are clearly designed for only two people, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The rate we were given only included two people as well, making it clear that the hotel is more focused on couples rather than families. The service was equally frustrating. We felt as though our family was an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Simple requests were met with reluctance, and we felt unwelcome throughout our stay. To top it off, we were shocked to find garbage in our mango juice during breakfast. This was unacceptable and truly ruined our experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much more. If you’re traveling with family, I recommend looking elsewhere. Conrad Manila does not cater to families and fails to provide the level of service one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

3 months agoOne of the best Hotel! We really enjoyed our stay; the place was very clean. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the team members of Conrad Manila. First, to Ms. Zy, who welcomed and greeted us politely. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Brassiere; everyone was very friendly. Special thanks to Leo, who patiently served us our hot drinks and kept checking our table to see if we needed anything. The omelette was perfectly cooked by Chef Ken. Spencer also came by to ask if everything was alright. I also want to mention the helpful housekeeping staff, though I forgot his name.
