Conrad Manila

My stay at Conrad Manila was exceptional. The hotel’s modern design, stunning Manila Bay views, and spacious, well-appointed rooms made for a luxurious experience. Service was top-notch, with warm and attentive staff. The dining options were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, and the facilities—including the pool, spa, and gym—were well-maintained. Our stay at Conrad Manila has truly touched our hearts, creating beautiful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible concierge team who looked after us from February 21 to February 24. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness, always checking in, which made us feel so cared for. I want to give a special mention to JR, whose warmth and attentiveness made a significant difference. We also extend our deepest gratitude to the wonderful staff at the executive lounge, who were remarkably attentive to us as diamond member guests. Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. The room is sparkling clean. They even allowed us to check in earlier since there’s an available room at 1:50 pm. Staffs are friendly and approachable. They gave me a complimentary cake since it’s my birthday. And they gave also Carey, the complimentary stuff toy. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much.

Great hotel close to the airport and connected to MOA. Our flight landed before 6 AM and caught a Grab to hotel. Room wasn’t ready but was able to leave our suitcases with front desk. We were given a mezzanine key which accessed the shower room complete with safe lockers, toilets, sauna, bath towels, and deodorant! Much appreciated after a long flight. The rooms were spacious for three people too. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This Conrad is new and therefore not bad at all. It’s a bit out of the way except that it’s good for conferences in Pasay and it’s next to nice malls. However, as is the new norm with hotels there is very little storage room even thought the room I stayed in was very large. Other than that it’s great. The service was attentive and the amenities were good. I also used the lounge for meetings and it was good with nice food and good service. The noise from the outside was rather annoying (there seems to happen every night) and it’s odd that they did not build the room with double glazed windows. But as far as Manila goes this is one of the best. I would stay again if I had another conference in the nearby conference Center.
