We commend Ms. Queeny, CJ, Fhebie, Neil Rojen and the Chefs for their excellent services. They are all respectful and accommodating, and they serve with a smile. They also have the initiative to offer additional services, willing to assist, eager to go the extra mile. They are all assets of this famous hotel, and the food served is superb! We love it! Hats 🤠 off particularly to mam Queenie, CJ and Fhebie, the fronliners who are corteous, friendly and always wear contagious smiles♥️👍💯. Definitely, we will recommend this hotel to our friends and acquintances👍👍👍💯💯💯♥️♥️♥️🏆🏆🏆

Nice and clean room. I recommend getting a room with no view because it blocks out a lot of noise and sun. AC was the quietest in the whole Philippines! The staff were very friendly from the reception to the housekeeping to all the people in the rooftop restaurant. A special thanks to the very friendly Grace there for helping me decide on drinks (juices). Location is also good. Near a lot of things and even P. Burgos St. is around the corner if that is your thing. Not mine tho. I'll definitely book again when I come back later this year!

Service still fantastic after been a customer for over 15 years. Check in staff on morning of 22nd March were organised, polite and fantastic customer service. Security staff Omar,Benson and Bennie did a first class job with customer service and protection on their mind constantly. Working in security i was keen to see these door staff at work and they were faultless, i real pleasure to see staff who can do the job while focused on customer service! Well done!

City Garden Hotel is a true find! Yes, it's a smaller hotel, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in genuine hospitality. The staff are incredibly accommodating to all guests, local or foreign. From the valet to the front desk to the dining hall, the service is impeccable. The dining experience was a highlight, thanks to CJ & Jessa. They weren't just doing their jobs; they made us feel like valued guests, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. It's that personal touch that makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

Stepping into the room of comfort and relaxation - we were greeted by a nice view of the city of Makati. The cozy vibes entwined with a touch of elegance, gave me and my family a memorable experience. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous, with really good customer service. They gladly granted our request to pack the next day’s breakfast to bring with us to the airport since our flight was early. They were really nice to accommodate the printing out of our flight’s boarding passes for free. Super thankful for these staff’s professionality and remarkable customer service: Kim, Angel, Queenie, Grace, Abbie, and others who I didn’t get the names. You guys did great. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable and memorable. We will be coming back someday.
