Stepping into the room of comfort and relaxation - we were greeted by a nice view of the city of Makati. The cozy vibes entwined with a touch of elegance, gave me and my family a memorable experience. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous, with really good customer service. They gladly granted our request to pack the next day’s breakfast to bring with us to the airport since our flight was early. They were really nice to accommodate the printing out of our flight’s boarding passes for free. Super thankful for these staff’s professionality and remarkable customer service: Kim, Angel, Queenie, Grace, Abbie, and others who I didn’t get the names. You guys did great. Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable and memorable. We will be coming back someday.

Greetings! My boyfriend left a review already upon checkout but I feel like I need to give a review too. So, I had the most memorable birthday last October 15, and thanks to my boyfriend and to all of the staffs who made it possible, after knowing that my boyfriend didn’t book it earlier. They also brought me a free birthday cake. You are all the best. As to the room it’s clean and comfortable. As for the breakfast, we love it. ❤️

Great Experience We had a great time during our stay. The staff were really attentive. Kudos to Sir Ken and Ms. Jeanie were really good and gladly handled our requests. The hotel is getting old and the pillows were hard, same with the bed. But overall, the service makes up for it.

1. The staff ( breakfast area, receptionist, porter/security) are only nice to other nationalities. However, the housekeeping department they doing a fantastic job, friendly, no discrimination. I felt discriminated in my own country tbh. 2. Lifts took ages to get in. 3. Traffic and not well organised in the area. 4. Slow service 5. Some porters/guards have no patience, not smiling, so bossy as if they are the one who shouldered my stay in the hotel. 6. Think twice before you book, there’s a lot of better hotel in Makati. Hospitality only applied to the foreigners. 7. I hope the management will have a look the employees performance.

Location is great, it's surrounded by restaurants and night life. There's a shopping centre just a couple minutes down. Value for money wise, the rooms are clean, staff is courteous and very accomodating. I would recommend the rooms with views but the rooms with no views still have a cozy feel. Will definitely visit again.
