I’ve had the most pleasant stay in City Garden Hotel! My room had a great view of the city at the 18th floor. Location is very strategic. Room smells good and clean. Staff are super kind especially Ms. Jane. It was the day of my birthday and I booked a standard room. Ms. Jane upgraded my room for free to Executive Double Room. They also have great room service food. Also, check out was supposed to be 11:30am. However, I had to extend until 1pm. They gladly approved it with no additional charges. Definitely 100% customer service. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you again I had great stay!

Loved the quality of customer service and the daily breakfasts. The staff worked hard to be very accommodating. Nice rooftop pool and gym. The rooms are very decent and comfortable. Convenient location — 15 min walk to Glorietta and Green Belt, and some very good restaurants are within 1-2 blocks from the hotel. St. Luke’s Global City is a 10-15 minute car ride away. I would definitely return. Very good value for the price.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in the Philippines or elsewhere. The staff is amazing and so accommodating. Aibe at the front desk was so pleasant, sweet & helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. Always so welcoming with big smiles, I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. Thanks to all the staff at the City Grand Hotel for such a wonderful experience...

During my first visit to this hotel with my friends, I had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the Front Office team greeted us warmly, but we had to wait for quite a while to be checked into our room it took almost an hour, which was not ideal. However, during my two-day stay, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the Food and Beverage team, particularly at the Encima restaurant. The server was incredibly attentive, answering all of our questions and demonstrating exceptional kindness and promptness. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask for his name, but he certainly deserves recognition for his outstanding service. The hotel had a pleasant ambiance, and the rooms were well-maintained, although some areas could use improvement. Despite this, the overall experience was great.
