The staff at City garden Hotel Makati made my stay very enjoyable.my second time experience here.The front desk team was friendly and efficient, especially Dada❤️,Angel & Brian , who helped me with quick check-in and answered all my questions with a smile. They were always there when I needed something. I also felt very secure during my stay. The security team was professional and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Their presence was reassuring, and they handled things quietly and efficiently. Overall, a great experience thanks to the excellent staff! 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵

Fantastic spot for our short stay in Manila. The staff, in particular David, Angel, Lynne, Jim and Kim were super helpful in accommodating our request for a late 6pm checkout. We had a night flight out of Manila so we were able to fit in a full day exploring and then come back, shower and pack. All staff were very friendly and the rooftop pool with happy hour at the bar is a perfect way to chill after a hectic day exploring.

I’ve had the most pleasant stay in City Garden Hotel! My room had a great view of the city at the 18th floor. Location is very strategic. Room smells good and clean. Staff are super kind especially Ms. Jane. It was the day of my birthday and I booked a standard room. Ms. Jane upgraded my room for free to Executive Double Room. They also have great room service food. Also, check out was supposed to be 11:30am. However, I had to extend until 1pm. They gladly approved it with no additional charges. Definitely 100% customer service. I’ll definitely come back. Thank you again I had great stay!

Great value for money. Central location, got upgraded to an executive queen room with no additional charge. Clean and tidy, has a pool, fully equipped gym, spa and jacuzzi (though didn't work when I was there). The staff was so kind, especially Angel that took care of me and answered all my questions, Lynne that landed me her charger, David and Jeannie.
