Second time to stay here and as usual, the staffs are so accommodating. They even upgraded my room to so much better one. Nice breakfast as well. Special thanks to the receptionists (all of them) They work soo well and they're dedicated in assisting guests.

Loved the quality of customer service and the daily breakfasts. The staff worked hard to be very accommodating. Nice rooftop pool and gym. The rooms are very decent and comfortable. Convenient location — 15 min walk to Glorietta and Green Belt, and some very good restaurants are within 1-2 blocks from the hotel. St. Luke’s Global City is a 10-15 minute car ride away. I would definitely return. Very good value for the price.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in the Philippines or elsewhere. The staff is amazing and so accommodating. Aibe at the front desk was so pleasant, sweet & helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. Always so welcoming with big smiles, I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. Fantastic spot for our short stay in Manila. The staff, in particular David, Angel, Lynne, Jim and Kim were super helpful in accommodating our request for a late 6pm checkout. We had a night flight out of Manila so we were able to fit in a full day exploring and then come back, shower and pack. All staff were very friendly and the rooftop pool with happy hour at the bar is a perfect way to chill after a hectic day exploring.
