a month agoThe service was good from start to finish. The staff greeted us warmly as we walked in and promptly seated us at a cozy table. Our server, Sir Lawrence, was incredibly attentive, offering and attending our needs beforehand. The food arrived quickly and was presented beautifully. The entire experience felt seamless and enjoyable as my mom celebrated her 47th birthday here. Thanks to the staff's professionalism and friendly demeanor. Highly recommended and will definitely go back here!

a week agoDelgado.112 is a fantastic spot for those who appreciate thoughtfully curated dishes in a cozy dining ambiance. Although the menu is compact, it is well-executed, offering a delightful mix of comfort food and modern flavors. One standout dish is the NYU Caldereta—tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Bonemarrow sisig is also good, and the presentation of each dish is impressive, showcasing attention to detail and a passion for quality. However, the service could be quicker, especially during peak hours. While the staff is friendly and accommodating, the wait times can be a bit longer than expected. Additionally, portions may feel small for those with bigger appetites. Despite these minor issues, Delgado.112 delivers a satisfying dining experience with food that's definitely worth savoring. If you're in the mood for elevated Filipino cuisine in a relaxed setting, this place should definitely be on your list. Also, it's a good idea to bring bottled water, as they do not provide service water. It's a bit unusual to visit a restaurant without drinking water.

3 months agoReally great place, especially the service and atmosphere. The DJ was playing a lot of pop girl hits which was fun. Favorites of the night: the mussels and the bone marrow sisig. They were the favorites of our entire table. Negroni was decent—just needed a bit more dilution to balance out. The table also really loved the Sangria, especially for the price. Things that need to be worked on: -The chicken was good, but its sauce is too sweet. Needed more acid. -No service water, which goes against QC’s ordinance no. 887, requiring all food service providers to have potable water at no cost. Overall a really great place that we’re coming back to for sure.

4 months agoGOOD FOOD,GOOD MOOD AT DELGADO 112. We went here to celebrate our anniversary, we reserved our seats morning that day since it’s friday, anticipating that was full house. These are what we ordered, Sopa de Mariscos, Calamari Kani Pintxo, Salmon wellington, Baked chicken, Truffle pasta and Sangria. Calming ambience, relaxing interior. Super like the taste of grilled shrimp of Calamari Pinxto, salmon is fresh, the gravy of Baked chicken is a bit sweet for me,you’ll taste the white wine, truffle pasta is creamy truffle taste is not too strong, Tartufo paella is what i love most however they missed the socarat on their paella. Total of all is 4635 pesos. Overall, will choose to come back again here. Thank you Jay for assisting us. 👍🏻 🌟🌟🌟
