2 weeks agoRoom our stay in here is great, they upgraded our room since we are celebrating our anniversary. the downside is when you request towels for the comfort room, it's taking too long, and you have to request like 4-5 times before it comes. the breakfast buffet is 8/10 for us. we enjoyed our stay!

3 months agoRoom The main reason I booked this hotel was because the pictures online looked amazing. However, when I arrived, the room I got was nothing like the photos—it had an outdated appearance. The pictures made the hotel look upscale and fancy, but in person, it felt more like a 2-star room. Very disappointing. Service The staff were the highlight of the stay. Everyone, from the cleaners to the service crew, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. In fact, they were more approachable and accommodating than the receptionists. Great service overall. Common Areas The lobby was another letdown. It appeared much larger and more luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it was smaller and more compact. Reception The receptionist we dealt with didn’t provide clear directions to our suite. She simply pointed to the elevator, which seemed straightforward, but it wasn’t. The hotel has a two-elevator system that’s disconnected, making it confusing to navigate. Thankfully, one of the cleaners stepped in and kindly showed us the way. Overall This hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star establishment—it’s more like a 3-star experience at best. While the service staff were exceptional, the discrepancies between the marketing photos and the actual experience were too significant to ignore.

a week agoLocation great. 50% of time I check in it taskes over 10min. Most recent time had to wait 45 minutes for my room to be ready by 2pm even when not too busy. Price is good overall. I'll stay again but with 100% expectations of slooooooooooow service.

3 months agoThe website made the rooms look amazing, but when we arrived, it was a completely different story. The place was outdated, dirty, and smelled terrible. There were no clear signs or directions, making it frustrating to navigate. The worst part was the safety issues. As we were settling into our room, we heard fire trucks outside, and the fire alarm went off for about a minute before being turned off. When I opened the door, the hallway was filled with smoke, yet the alarm was already silent—completely unacceptable! We went downstairs, expecting an evacuation, only to see the staff still checking people in like nothing was wrong. Hours later, they told us it was safe to return, even though there was still smoke lingering in the building. It felt like the staff didn’t care about guest safety at all. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. It’s outdated, poorly managed, and unsafe. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

3 months agoThe parking is far from the lobby and getting to the lobby feels like going through a maze. It’s easy to get lost at the hotel especially when you’ve just checked in. We got a free upgrade to an executive king room and the room is very very spacious but lacks a few amenities especially in the comfort room. Breakfast is okay but would have been better if there were more options
