2 months agoRoom The main reason I booked this hotel was because the pictures online looked amazing. However, when I arrived, the room I got was nothing like the photos—it had an outdated appearance. The pictures made the hotel look upscale and fancy, but in person, it felt more like a 2-star room. Very disappointing. Service The staff were the highlight of the stay. Everyone, from the cleaners to the service crew, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. In fact, they were more approachable and accommodating than the receptionists. Great service overall. Common Areas The lobby was another letdown. It appeared much larger and more luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it was smaller and more compact. Reception The receptionist we dealt with didn’t provide clear directions to our suite. She simply pointed to the elevator, which seemed straightforward, but it wasn’t. The hotel has a two-elevator system that’s disconnected, making it confusing to navigate. Thankfully, one of the cleaners stepped in and kindly showed us the way. Overall This hotel doesn’t feel like a 4-star establishment—it’s more like a 3-star experience at best. While the service staff were exceptional, the discrepancies between the marketing photos and the actual experience were too significant to ignore.

a week agoGreat location. Super close to MOA. Accessible to grab/angkas. Rooms are spacious but a bit old and outdated. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants around. Only downside is there’s no parking especially on weekends. We had to park at a nearby casino just to have somewhere to park the cars. Buffet breakfast is trash, don’t bother. They don’t refill the dishes so if you wake up late better just go to the mall.

2 weeks agoThe hotel should be 4 stars but it is dated and dilapidated. But not only that, it also completely lacks organization. The first room they gave us did not have towels, we asked for them and after an hour of waiting still nothing, while waiting we saw that there were cockroaches in the room. I asked for a room change but the second room was also infested, and I noticed it because I had to take a flight to Italy at 5 in the morning and I woke up in the night to get ready. To conclude, fix this hotel for cleanliness, hygiene and organization

3 weeks agoThe only one good thing here is the staff. Picture on online and the real are different. Some 2 stars hotels are even better in management. The walkway seems dirty and bad smell, likes dust. It is very noisy. In day time, housekeeper talk noisy, and hotel permit to have construction work. Have you considered a convenience of customer? At night, always noisy because of table or chair moving. I cannot sleep well neither at night nor day. I will never choose this hotel again,

a month agoThe location feels like the only good point of this hotel honestly, one of our rooms were missing amenities and the wallpaper looks like it’s about to peel off. Not to mention the very low lighting, feels like I’m going to be haunted for one night. We also tried to get room service and scheduled it at a specific time, only for us to get it a whole hour after the scheduled time. We called multiple times regarding the schedule only for the same excuse to be met. It’s crazy to see this kind of quality service be reflected in 2024. The staff seemed quite condescending about the matter as well. I wouldn’t even say the breakfast buffet is worth it
