Check-in services were excellent. Although there was no upgrade as a Diamond member, I appreciated the nice bottle of wine and welcome snacks. The hotel was very busy, so there was a short wait for breakfast seating. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is tasty both at the lounge and at Kusina. The concierge team had a dedicated list for Diamond members and were ready to assist with anything. Service overall was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was absolutely fantastic!

I’ve been staying at this hotel every time I arrive in and depart from the Philippines, and it has become my go-to choice. Its convenient location near the airport is a major plus, making travel much easier. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its outstanding customer service. I’ve been a loyal guest for several years, and each stay has been consistently excellent. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is fantastic and definitely not to be missed! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking convenience, comfort, and great service.

Exceptional Stay in Hilton Hotel - King Guest Room Pool View (Aug 18 to Aug 20, 2024). We recently stayed at the Hilton and opted for the King Guest Room with pool view and access, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly staff at the front desk made check-in smooth and quick. The King Guest Room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens that made for a perfect night's sleep. I particularly loved the elegant decor and the thoughtful amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a well-stocked coffee/tea station. The bathroom was huge, with both a bathtub and was well-appointed with high-end toiletries and plush towels. The attention to detail here was evident, making the stay feel luxurious. The pool was the highlight of the room. It was a real treat to be able to step out and take a refreshing dip in the beautifully maintained pool area. The poolside service was excellent. My family also enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, all of which were fresh and tasty. Our stay at the Hilton was outstanding, and I would highly recommend the King Guest Room with pool access to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
