Hilton Manila

One of the best Hilton’s I have stayed in. The staff was great especially Sheila … thanks for showing me how to use that fancy espresso machine in the executive lounge ! lol’ The rooms were huge, beautiful bathrooms, great food. Pool is really nice as well. I would come back to this Hilton again. I read reviewed and did lots of research prior to booking and I would have to say the reviews were on point ! Definitely a five star hotel with five star service

We had a fantastic time here. Everything was great. The service was exceptional. We also had the breakfast buffet that was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had and the service there was top notch. When we finished a drink there was a new one in front of us within seconds. Fantastic Hotel.

It's a luxurious hotel, but it's noisy and stressful. The breakfast is great with plenty of variety, but it's also crowded, making everything feel hectic and loud. The staff is friendly, and the service is good. However, the pool area is uninviting, and the water is cold. It's a decent hotel for a one-night stay, but unfortunately, not more than that. The Gym is a little bit tiny for such a big Hotel.

Check-in services were excellent. Although there was no upgrade as a Diamond member, I appreciated the nice bottle of wine and welcome snacks. The hotel was very busy, so there was a short wait for breakfast seating. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is tasty both at the lounge and at Kusina. The concierge team had a dedicated list for Diamond members and were ready to assist with anything. Service overall was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was absolutely fantastic!
