Hotel Okura Manila

On our first day stay, the body soap/shower gel and shampoo is empty. We reported on the next morning, but no one came to fill it up. We went out for lunch and came back at 4pm but when I checked the shower gel, it still hasn't filled up. I contacted the room service again and the lady spoke to saying that someone came to the room trying to fill it up. But it's because no, once in the room, they did not fill up. It's ridiculous excuses as the room service has access to get into the guest room, especially when guests require something. The housekeeping should be checking the essential things for the bathroom and have their records. For the room price we paid, we expect a better service! From the person responding the call are NOT doing their job to provide a great service! I won't be bother to stay here again and better to stay somewhere else that they know how to value their guests! Not recommend this hotel!

The most stunning and luxurious hotel we have ever stayed at. So beautiful interior and the rooms are gorgeous and big. Everything feels like excellent high quality. Very good breakfast. Would easily would have given the hotel 5 stars review but I will lower it to 4 because we were looking forward to having a drink in the bar during the evening but it was closed due to a private event. Also all staff at front desk were not that good, some of them were good but some not. They should improve some staff members at the front desk.

Amazing experience! truly exceptional service we stayed to celebrate our mother’s birthday. Surprisingly when we enter the room, cake and fruits were set up with personalized birthday greetings for our mother very FILIPINO touch with elegance of JAPAN our mother dear was so thrilled!
