Seda Vertis North Quezon City

Our stay was very disappointing because it wasn't like the quality or cleanliness as stated in the reviews. Particularly in the cleanliness aspect. I was hoping that the rooms will be spotless, considering the competition in the area (more hotels, even a new casino across). Please keep up the standards as not to disappoint your customer base. The staff are very professional but the quality of service and cleanliness needs to be improved.

Great place for a staycation. Service was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was great but would be better if there are more options and if there's someone always manning the egg station. The friendly staff made up for everything though. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall (Vertis North) via their parking lot so you don't have to go outside. The swimming pool is great and not crowded. Wifi is also great and allowed us to work near the pool area. We'll definitely come back here if we need a place to stay in QC.

We recently visited the Seda Vertis North Club Lounge on the 23rd floor and were blown away by the top-notch customer service provided by Ralph and the staff. They were friendly and accommodating and truly made us feel like VIPs (thank you so much). The ambiance was peaceful, the food was delicious, and the wine selection was impressive. My auntie and I had a wonderful time and will be returning. I highly recommend it!

Every employee we encountered at Seda was well-trained, respectful, and incredibly kind—from check-in to dining, the spa, pool, bar, and check-out. The room and facilities are top-notch, and the amenities provided are of high quality. The best part of it all was the steam and sauna rooms, which are included as perks when booking. On top of all of it, the location is very convenient, with just a one-minute walk to Ayala Mall and a five-minute walk to Trinoma. Definitely worth the price, and we would love to come back and relax here again!

The ambiance, especially around the pool, is Instagram-worthy. The staff are accommodating and attentive to all your needs. The location is conveniently close to shopping centers and transportation. Additionally, the hotel is ideal for office events or important client meetings, offering a spacious private meeting room. This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating!
