House Manila at Newport World Resorts

I am a doctor who is celebrating the birthday of a dear friend. Cleanliness is something I am very particular about, and this hotel has set their standards high. This hotel is really impressive to me. The check-in process was smooth and I was assisted by Duty Manager Angel and receptionist Samantha. It's no surprise that many people are staying here because of the friendly people. Keep up the good work. We'll be staying here again. Stevene & Dr. Adi Room 708

The rooms really hold back this hotel. It could be really good. The lobby is nice. The rooms however are old and outdated. Mold in the shower, and the worst water pressure I have experienced. And I've stayed in some pretty inexpensive hotels in the Philippines, including Red Planet and Hop Inn. Both of which have better showers than this location. The restaurant staff needs some training. During lunch, I kept trying to call somebody and nobody came around to take my order. Dinner, I ordered a salad and a 2 entrees. All dishes were brought to my table at the same time. By the time I was finished with my salad my entrees were cold. Until they update the rooms, I would suggest looking at other hotels

I had to choose the Holiday Inn in terminal 3 for trip in Japan. Location 5*, it's a short walk to over passage to terminal 3 (if is raining prepare to get wet since there is no cover). So I stay there before and after returning. First experience no problems, room clean and spacious similar to multiple holiday inn I used in the past in Europe. The in the return stay I don't know why they gives a room that seems half done. The sheets had stains, there was a cover in sofa and it had signs of being used. The shower need some cleaning and ventilator in that room was very loud. Major problem was the breakfast, almost no options to eat and always empty with big line wait for refills (hotel seem full that day). Good option if you have a early/late flight in Terminal 3 and around there is multiple shops and restaurants

Reasonable Price, accessible from the airport, room is clean, with complete amenities, with included breakfast, staff wont discriminate you even you wear slippers, you can order grab food from outside as long as you will pick it in the lobby, and there is an extra couch I think you may convert to a bed. It should be a 4-hotel for me than 3-star, however, I just want some improvement for the following: 1. The room carpet texture is a bit old and "overstepped." I can't feel the fibers of it anymore, and little be slippery. 2. Room lightings are limited.

Excellent place to stay if you want to be close to the airport terminal 3 as you can takeva walk from level 5 of the terminal 3 to this hotel through the Airport Runaway (overbridge ). Please avoid it if you are landing/departing from any other terminal as you'd have to take a taxi to reach/leave the hotel.
