I’M Onsen Spa

I recently stayed at I'm Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities really stood out. The food was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to different tastes. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, I was consistently impressed by the quality and flavor. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local dining, their hospitality made a significant difference. Loved the place, my visit to Philippines I stayed on 3 different hotels. Manila / Pasig / Makati. This is so far the best hotel I ever stayed in this year (Philippines). Very nice pool but cold it was ok with my family since we live in a cold country. It was fine. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Loved our stay here.

I have now stayed at I’M Hotel three times over the last two years, and it continues to impress me. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife close by. The variety of room choices is excellent, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are always clean and spacious, providing a very relaxing environment. The pool area is a serene setting, and the sky bar offers a fantastic view. Security is top-notch, with staff always checking taxi registrations and being friendly, which makes me feel very safe. The reception staff are always happy to help, ensuring a fast check-in and check-out process. I had an issue with breakfast during one of my stays, but the hotel manager, Paulo Salazar, was very professional and attentive, resolving my issue promptly. Additionally, having access to the I’M Onsen Spa is a wonderful bonus, making my stays even more relaxing. I would definitely return on my next visit!

I had a great experience. Rooms are clean and great location. I had a minor issue with the reservation and the management was excellent about ensuring it was a comfortable stay and a great experience. I’ll be sure to come back again! Thanks!

The rooms are top tier, the spa was unquestionably the most relaxed ive been in years. The restaurant has some of the freshest fruits and top tier dishes you could ask for! Did i mention the beautiful view from our room facing the sunrise??
