a month agoEnjoyed staying here for a few days on our Philippine vacation before heading back to the States. I would rate it 4.5 overall. The beds were comfortable, the Casino was lively, the Japanese Restaurant was Excellent, as was the included Breakfast Buffet. The staff were courteous and attentive and had a genuine interest in our stay being a great experience. The Hotel/Casino is a little dated, but the staff more than made up for it. We felt safe at all times and would recommend to other travelers.

a month agoRoom was very spacious but not as clean as I would’ve wanted to. The headboard made of rattan smelled of mold. The bathroom bathtub crannies were also riddled with dirt. On the upside, bed was comfortable. Service was great from the lobby to room service. I just hope valet was a little faster. Took us about 20mins to get our car.

a week agoWorst Hotel I've Ever Stayed At This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The hallways reeked of a musty, unpleasant smell, and it only got worse upon entering the room. The room smelled moldy, and the walls were filthy, clearly lacking proper deep cleaning. Even the wallpaper was poorly installed, with visible flaws. The air conditioner was in terrible condition, with visible dirt and dust on the cover, showing it hadn’t been maintained properly. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and accommodating, but that doesn’t make up for how poorly maintained the hotel is. It’s absolutely not worth your money. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to stay.

a month agoI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were also excellent and well-maintained, plus the location was easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel.

a month agoI recently spent three nights at Midas Hotel and Casino in Pasay City, and it exceeded my expectations. The room accommodations were above my expectations. With daily housekeeping providing fresh beddings and hygiene kits. The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a lot of choices of dishes to cater to diverse tastes. The staff's are very courteous my stay even more enjoyable, and they attend room concerns immediately. Conveniently located, the hotel provides scheduled free shuttle services to Mall of Asia. However, walking back from MOA at night isn't recommended due to poorly lit areas near the hotel. Tips: 1. Use hotel shuttle or cabs services at night 2. Ideal for Mall of Asia visitors 3. If you love to walk, it is 20 minute walk to MOA, and around the same time to Taft Train Station
