a week agoThis place has seen better days. I'm sure it was beautiful at some point in the past. Most of the plumbing in the bathrooms doesn't drain properly, wall paper is peeling off the walls and warped and bubbled. The carpets are absolutely disgusting, should have been replaced years ago. All electrical outlets are at floor level and behing furniture, so you have to be a contortionist and get on your hands and knees to charge even a phone. They've closed their little store now, which makes drinking water a major problem. They only give 1/2 liter of water a day and there is not place else in the hotel to get water once you run out. More than half of the elevators were out of service, except on one day only one elevator was in service. The "coffee" provided in the rooms was the cheapest most disgusting instant coffee you can probably find in country. The food in the restaurant is mediocre at best, yet they charge premium rates. Do yourself a favor, there are better hotels nearby that cost less.

3 weeks agoStayed here for work. Rooms are good but quite old. Location is perfect. Walking distance to MOA and near Mercury Drug as well and other stores. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended. Many food options and delicious. Staffs are kind and very accommodating.

3 months agoEnjoyed staying here for a few days on our Philippine vacation before heading back to the States. I would rate it 4.5 overall. The beds were comfortable, the Casino was lively, the Japanese Restaurant was Excellent, as was the included Breakfast Buffet. The staff were courteous and attentive and had a genuine interest in our stay being a great experience. The Hotel/Casino is a little dated, but the staff more than made up for it. We felt safe at all times and would recommend to other travelers.

2 months agoRoom was very spacious but not as clean as I would’ve wanted to. The headboard made of rattan smelled of mold. The bathroom bathtub crannies were also riddled with dirt. On the upside, bed was comfortable. Service was great from the lobby to room service. I just hope valet was a little faster. Took us about 20mins to get our car.

a week agoI stayed in this hotel from 7 Feb to 11 2025. I'm a bit surprised when they ask me for a security deposit of 10,000 pesos, which is a thing maybe here in the Philippines. The room is roamie . But a bit old style. Tv is not yet a smart tv. My first night is shocking the whole building experience a power outage for almost 2 hours. I guess they don't have a power backup . The next day, the elevator is acting up. My second night is more shocking as water is just dripping on the roof hallway ( hope is water, not water from a sewer). My room got a bad smell, maybe coming from carpet as it needs shampoo cleaning. The good side is staff are accommodating and professional 👌. And free shuttle service to MOA and back to hotel is great 👍
