Love the raffles and the service. Of note is a staff member Jayson who has made my stay incredible. Always smiling, ready to take care of me at a moments notice, and can also manage all the other guests too while taking care of me. This is the one reason I have been coming back to Raffles Makati for the last 7 months!

We got the afternoon tea experience at the Writer’s Bar. Our server, Gail and Sherlyn, were very attentive. We really enjoyed and loved how Gail presented the tea selection and introducdc each pastry and sandwich that were part of the set. Everything was so pretty. They were also very thoughtful enough to give a cake with a “best wishes” greeting on it to our friend who was about to get married. I really like the fact that they paid attention to that detail in my reservation. Location is superb as even though we were running late, we were still able to arrive in a relatively short amount of time because the place is so accessible.

Excellent stay at Raffles Makati. We had a lovely dinner at Mireio, and our waitress Monilaine and the hostess Roz were incredible in assisting us and ensuring everything was perfect! We had an excellent dinner, and both went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure breakfast was delivered early (before 6am) the following day before our departure.

Our 2 nights staycation with our mom and sisters in Raffles was very memorable. We had a great time dining at Spectrum and tea time at the Writer’s Bar. Our mom specifically enjoyed listening to the pianist in this bar. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the service in Raffles and look forward to coming back.

Fantastic stay! We stayed for one night and we want to come back again! Love the room, amenities, food and most importantly the service. Raffles staff make you feel at home and it sets them apart vs. other hotels
