Service is wonderful. Our suite includes a butler service and everyone is very professional, helpful and kind. Peter is our server and he is exceptionally good. I didn’t even need to ask he would change our pates and is fast and made our stay very pleasant.

What sets Raffles apart from other hotels is its staff. From the concierge and reception to the maintenance technicians and cleaning staff. I've never experienced the chambermaid greeting me by name in the hallway like that before. All the staff are extremely friendly, attentive and at the same time unobtrusive. You can feel the genuine hospitality. I would like to emphasize Jayson from the Mireio Restaurant. He combines all the positive elements of service, shows genuine interest in the guest, reads their wishes from their eyes, and also demonstrates this attitude outside of his actual area of responsibility. For me, Jayson is the face of Raffles and ensures that Raffles is my home away from home.

Out of all the fine dining experiences I’ve had, this will be one to remember. Our server Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and was nice and attentive enough to even bring me a complimentary chocolate cake to celebrate my departure. Mireio is a must if you’re staying at the hotel or around the Makati area. The food was excellent and we would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the whole team for such a good experience!

The visit to the Fairmont and Raffles hotel in Manila, Philippines was absolutely fantastic. The service was five stars with every employee going out of their way to personalize their readings and make sure that every need was taken care of. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the spa was fantastic. Heidi was one of the best therapist I’ve ever had and the front desk led by Alexa and the Butler team were perfect I highly recommend staying here, the location is in the middle of all of the major mall and business district areas.

Staying at Raffles Hotel Makati was truly a dream come true for me, and it had been on my bucket list for quite some time. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service made me feel like royalty. The architectural designs of the hotel took my breath away, with everything from the grand entrance to the intricate details showcasing luxury at its finest. I had the pleasure of staying in the Artist Suite (Room 1004), and it was just heavenly. The spacious layout and comfortable furnishings had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Upon my arrival, I was delighted to be welcomed with delicious treats and delightful chocolates, a gesture that set the tone for my entire experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning grand chandeliers that adorned the hotel. They were simply mesmerizing and added an extra touch of elegance to the surroundings. A special shoutout goes to my attentive butler, Patrick, who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. l asked him to prepare a warm bath for me, and when I stepped into the beautifully drawn bath, I felt all my worries melt away. Soaking in that warm, secreted oasis was utterly relaxing. All in all, my stay at Raffles Hotel Makati was fabulous! I had a truly wonderful experience, and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for making it so memorable. I can't wait to return! Thank you, Raffles!
