a week agoWent here on a weekend so there's not that many people lined up at the entrance. First, it was free so that was a plus point already. There were lots of artifacts inside the museum and if you are planning to visit all of the floors and explore every corner then you will probably need at least 2 to 4 hours to finish. (It kind of gets boring after you a few hours so I don't suggest hanging around here for too long) I do hope that all the artifacts here gets preserved as they should be.

2 weeks agoActually visiting the other two museums after the Natural History one (like us) is the wrong order because you’ll surely be disappointed It soon gets pretty boring if you’re not invested or interested in the Philippines history. And the number of floors and artifacts are quite limited as well. Anyway, how do you get several mesmerizing museums in one place and all of them offer FREE ENTRANCE?? Like they should be treated like national treasures but here you get to see and experience everything for completey free, so please, treasure them 100x times more. I never want to leave this place and just wish my country has one similar

2 months agoEntrance is free. Bring 1 valid ID each group. The National Museum of Anthropology stages the Philippine ethnographic and terrestrial and underwater archaeological collections narrating the story of the Philippines from the past, as presented through artifacts as evidences of its pre-history.

5 months agoif you are tight on a budget for dates then you can have your date here. You cam enjoy your time here at the same time learning about history. all the artifacts are well maintained. Its amazing how they managed to preserved all these historical things. It takes a lot of time to wander around the place as it is so huge. if you plan to visit here better go early so you can visit all three museums.

2 months agoThe ambiance inside is relaxing, and the space is very well-maintained and fully air-conditioned. Whoever is managing the entire national museum complex is doing a great job! Imagine, admission is FREE, yet the facilities are in excellent condition across all three museums (Natural History, Anthropology, and Fine Arts). I believe our museum can compete with other museums overseas, most of which charge an entry fee.
